That was a good summary. There was one aspect that I thought was lacking though. The way it is presented here makes it seem like a very one dimensional process; i.e. fungus attacks a plant and the plant defends against it. I think it would've been good to also mention that many of those effectors are high selective pressure to not be detected and change rapidly. Furthermore, there are effectors whose role is to disrupt and prevent those plant defences from happening. So you have the fungus attacking the plant, the plant defending and the fungus counter attacking. And whenever there is a successful infection, that means the counter attacks were able to overwhelm or prevent the plant defence response.
Thankyou for this informative video. I can personally say that, Indians are very good scientists. They have the ability to break down complex ideas precisely so that its understandable.

Is it possible after ROS production, the plant will produce phenolic and flavonoid compounds only to prevent the oxidative brust? Bcs I ever read in other journal and it says that ROS also as a signal for plant to produce those compounds (phenolic and flavonoid). Thank you so much.

the C is the right answer
During life cycle of black stem rust fungus, the basidiospores produce Monokaryotic mycelium on barberry leaves
Hussain bhai I think 4th option is correct..basidiospores of black stem rust produce monokaryotic mycelium on wheat which infect barberry leaves...

I definitely will check.....Now i doubt it will be asked in any exam😉

What is the relation between plant and immunology? Sir please do answer :)
Bro in ISR there is no role of PR genes...PR genes are involved only in SAR mediated resistance..so do correct it.
