Also one great way to tell is the wings on the side of the shoe. They are just ever so slightly a different tone of violet than the rest of the upper whereas the fake has the exact same tone as the upper.

Also, I got mine and the laces are different, one is shorter than the other. If you are able to check, can you check your retail pair and see if one of the laces is shorter than the other
