The bottles from this year 2023 with the metal cap now last longer. It’s sad and disappointing that you got one of the 2020-2022 bottles because those bottles aren’t even a faint of what Aventus is. If you could ever sample a bottle from 2019 or earlier, I suggest to try
I have a new metal cap batch F000545 and also the CDNIM. I can confirm the Aventus new batch “F code” is really good and lasts atleast 6 hours and the scent gets even better over time. It really is quite addictive and one of my favourite scents ever. The CDNIM is definitely a very similar clone and smells almost the same after dry down unless you really focus on the differences. I do think the Aventus is nicer - more clean and fresh, and smells less synthetic and musky after dry down, so to me it’s worth the extra money. However, I can understand why people get the CDNIM instead if you don’t want to spend a lot of cash.
I have an F000 batch and the smell is unreal and smells how its supposed to..(way better than cdn). But in the first 10 sprays so far it just has no longevity or projection
Picked up a L4222C11A batch from Costco and the juice is a beast. After unboxing, I sprayed it on my skin and it easily lasted 7 hours, giving heavy projection for the first 2 hours. I have a few F batch samples and it lasts longer than the newer batches on my skin. My batch is very fruity for about 1-2 hours and then the birch/smokiness comes through and then the musk. Very balanced IMO. Can't wait to let my bottle macerate cause I already know this thing will be screaming off my skin!!
I’m my opinion, Aventus never needed to macerate, the 2020-2022 bottles are lacking. I suggest you get the new 2023 bottles with metal cap, they last longer, or even better if you can get your hands on a bottle that’s 2019 or earlier
Aventus has grown on me over the course of a few month. I first for a decant of it and was "meh I don't get the hype." Then the other week I decided to try it again and I was just blown away by it. This fragrance might be fake the creed boutique said creeds will never come with celophane wrapper on the box
Whats the difference between creedfragrance and creedboutique? Both a huge difference in price
@@daniel74747 creedfragrance is a fake website that looks really well put together. Ive read the reviews people were very disappointed after buying from them creed boutique is the official creed website.
How much have you used in a year 😮
I don't spray that much, usually 1-2 (3 max) sprays everytime. I'm currently less than half on the same bottle lol
I love the new batches! F000973 is a fruit BOMB 💣!!!
How do you like it now?
Still love it all the same, wore it today
@@thekaydubzdid performance improve?
I cant smell mine at all😢
Kept it in a cool dark place and just cant smell it. It was bought for me so not the end of the world but very disappointed
Can't smell it from even the initial spray?? 😮
@thekaydubz no, but my wife can apparently.
I wear a cheap clone called club de nuis and enjoy that very much and it lasts ages but on special occasions i go to wear the creed and even after 6 sprays i cant smell anything
are you maturation cap of or on?
Cap was always on
@@thekaydubz how long sillage and projection work? i hope 6hr still working..sorry im not undertand in english too much.
After 6+ hours you can still catch wiffs of it here and there. It's mostly a skin scent after that but people can still smell it
Is it the same as L4222A11A
I would imagine they should be pretty similar
The smoke in the Aventus was the only thing that made this perfume stood out. It.s such a generic fragrance without it, but hey people enjoy generic fragrances.
Ye I guess im more generic. I just personally like more fresh and "bright" and smoky fragrances kinda get annoying to me after a while
The 2017 pineapple batches are unique, and the 2019 batches with more Vanilla max bergamot were intoxicating in their own way
it basically created its own genre, how is it generic? it was original when it was first launched
@@SPACEDOUT19 I think he is saying when they removes the smokiness from Aventus, it didn’t stand out anymore.
I think it’s more than just the smokiness that made it stand out than others. The only way Aventus could considered generic is nowadays because a lot of fragrances ar snow influenced by it
It will still need time to macerate.
Maybe will be even stronger 💪
4:00 Love it aventus cologne must be 11/10😂
Montagne Pineapple Musk his hands down the closest clone I've tried, Aventus itself is a masterpiece
Pineapple Intense from Montagne is great also. Smells like something Parfum Vintage made with a lower price tag.
I picked up a travel spray for $100 ... its a 10ml little bottle ... lol
Did you really??? 😱 I would never pay that haha
Yea no, they fucked up Aventus forever. I had batches from 2014. I picked up another bottle from 2023, it’s watered down. Absolutely not worth it anymore.
Bruh I fly through a 100ml of Aventus in like 3-5 months.
How much you be spraying? 😆
@@thekaydubz a lot . 4 -6 sprays.
Some times i do 1 if I’m having mercy on the people around me :)
Maceration is bs. I still have 2 of my bottles of Aventus from 16 and 1 bottle of VIW from 2013 and they still perform like shiet.
I agree its great but ... I doubt a 2022 batch last 7 hours. I have 2017 batches there amazing, but if you dont spray on your clothes it wont last all day
It's definitely light by that point, but I still get whiffs from time to time which is nice. I never tried an older batch before but I only heard the best things about them
