* Pray before anything else.
- Prayer is our first response in all things and circumstance.
* Embrace relationship as essential.
- We cannot raise leaders from a distance. Close encounter is necessary.
- Sure books and podcasts can help but first hand encounter is required.
* Recognize the call and power of God. V15
