you are healed NOW, it is done.
Convincing my brain has been a real block. Reprogramming my subconscious mind has been my top challenge. I know it has hindered me for a long time. I will start working on these 3 steps today for sure. Stay tuned to hear my amazing results!

Instead of physically writing the 23 things I am grateful for is it okay to key them in on a computer? I am left handed with limited mobility when writing which can be painful. I will keep writing if that is best.

Today is 24th April.. And I already had a heated argument with one of my past friend and we both were blaming each other throughout the argument... The whole 3 days were in madness..
Anyhow we compromised at the end and let it go because I didn't want to intensity that argument
I decided to be mindful of my thoughts, actions from now on.. Especially during full moon days..
