The Dull variety was unknown to me. I thought it as bad condition. Although I kept the coin with me. However I don’t have Cu. Ni. Dandi March 5 Rs coin. I have only FSS one ( both 5Rs & 50 paise) . A comparison with clearyfication of the coin with dull and clear view ... This concept was unknown to me . By viewing your video every time get to learn a new thing . I have 4 coins of FSS, got all from circulation, but don't have Cu coin. Also learned the die variety present in both sides in single metal whereas in other not... Minute differences are also well explained such as dress and flag .. Well presented with thumbnails... And the props and paintings keep you highlighted... Great work...

Hi Rohit, you are forcing me, to keep my albums in front of me while watching your videos. I have not seen the dull variety - will try to get that. I am on the look out for the 50ps Cal Coin also. The 5 Rs Copper nickel I am not going to buy, as I have the proof sets. I was not aware of the differences in design and spacing between the copper nickel and SS coins. I will now check all other coins also. I have also noticed that the 50ps coins of all the mints have the mint mark above the years 1947-1997. Is it common ? Are any other coins like that ?

The Dull variety was unknown to me. I thought it as bad condition. Although I kept the coin with me. However I don’t have Cu. Ni. Dandi March 5 Rs coin. I have only FSS one ( both 5Rs & 50 paise) . Thanks once again for your valuable and detailed feedback. I also initially used to find that dull as faded coin. Put if you observe clearly Dull Pattern coins, they have Legends very clear but only Image is Dull. If it would have been faded there should have been some dullness in Legend as well.

A comparison with clearyfication of the coin with dull and clear view ... This concept was unknown to me . By viewing your video every time get to learn a new thing . I have 4 coins of FSS, got all from circulation, but don't have Cu coin.
Also learned the die variety present in both sides in single metal whereas in other not... Minute differences are also well explained such as dress and flag ..

I've 2 fss dandi March 5rs coin but the Ashok emblem is different on them , one is like the copper nickel Ashok emblem.

See we need to see from everybody's perspective. Not all are good collectors like you as some might be new as well. So we will try to cover majority of topics with the passage of time which includes both common and rare topics related to Indian coins. The only difference is simple topics will come bit more frequently as their research will take less time and unique topics will take time to gather all facts.

Numismatic me pattern or Experiment yeh topic aisa hai jo aaj tak kisi bhi UA-camr ne detail video explain nahi kiya hai. Is liye maine suggest kiya. Chillar gyan detail video aur dusre UA-camr se achi aur knowledgeable video banata hai. Aur yahi baat hume pasand hai. 🙂😊

Hi Rohit, you are forcing me, to keep my albums in front of me while watching your videos. I have not seen the dull variety - will try to get that. I am on the look out for the 50ps Cal Coin also. The 5 Rs Copper nickel I am not going to buy, as I have the proof sets. I was not aware of the differences in design and spacing between the copper nickel and SS coins. I will now check all other coins also. I have also noticed that the 50ps coins of all the mints have the mint mark above the years 1947-1997. Is it common ? Are any other coins like that ?

Yes, the patterns and varieties in the coins are minute that it will make your open up your collection and compare the coins. Great to know that you have Proof Set of Dandi March coins.
Regarding mint mark, we also found it in these coins and have rarely seen them positioned above the date in Commemorative coins. (Don't think there is any other such coin).

That is technically not possible for each and every coin and whatever you get that also cannot be 100% accurate.
