@@cesarak4451 I'm working with ecotoxicology and I need to test water quality in the water to be used, in the culture medium, and at the end of the test. The laboratory from my section in university had its OD meter broke and I don't have time to wait for the bureaucracy to obtain another one.
Is it necessary to calibrate multiple times
what kind of electrolite use it? where can i buy it? can I use whatever electrolite to measure OD?
