My tip is to just start. You don’t have to have everything figured out or all the tools at the beginning. Just figure things out along the way and don’t be afraid to mess up. This has helped me with my procrastination and perfectionism.
Gotta be one of my favorite tips 🙌🏾 Fear of starting is what keeps people stagnant even though you learn along the way😊 You learn WAYY more simply by doing something vs doing nothing! I appreciate you leaving a thoughtful tip💕
Don’t depend on motivation. Depend on your determination to be consistent. Do the thing you want to do but fear to do. I do that few extra rep and add 10 more pounds on my last workout set. Go the extra mile right now.
my tip to get things done from an adhd perspective: make everything as enjoyable as possible. there is no reward for suffering. adhd people naturally lack dopamine and have low tolerances for frustration and uncertainty. we don’t need any unnecessary hurdles. that’s why “KEEP GRINDING NEVER STOP 😎🔥💯💴” mindset doesn’t work for us. Instead of trying to thug it out make it into a game. Pair your tasks (cooking, reading, grocery shopping) with a friend and make it feel like a hangout sesh. Have a study/work routine with a special playlist, candle, seat, location etc just for that time Keep a chart with fun stickers to monitor progress Get a coach or a support group to keep yourself accountable, don’t always rely on yourself If that doesn’t work, imagine if you had a child say 7 years old, and you had to get them to learn something (reading, cleaning, riding a bike) imagine how you would do that. You would probably be very patient, encouraging, and give them a reward to motivate them. Treat yourself the same way. Things don’t have to be hard. That mentality is why everyone got our heads in a mess 😂
removing the triggers is key, I try to avoid having distractions when im working. I also put my phone farther away from me to avoid any distractions CONGATS ON BEING MONETIZED!!! discipline is hugeeee! you will not be motivated all the time
meal prep is definitely the way to go especially if you have goals to hit. even though theres days where I dont want to prep, I know discipline has to kick in my tip: do the large tasks first that way if you dont get to the small tasks you dont feel as bad
Love this tip!! Getting the big things done always makes me feel so accomplished🙌🏾 And sometimes it motivates me to keep moving/getting things done! I appreciate you watching & sharing a tip💕💕

Mindset and reprogramming the mind is so underrated. The way we think is sometimes the main thing holding us back from the person we want to be.
It's underrated and in my opinion, one of the more difficult things to change 😩 Takes so much intentional effort! I appreciate you watching💕
