The use of a highly charged and politicized topic with highly cherry picked talking points unironically shoehorned into a video about thinking critically is the most pragerU shit ever.
This video is propaganda and the opposite of thinking critically.

"How To Think Objectively" became "How To Pray" - pure, ignorant propaganda. Those poor kids who saw this. Confusion!

Like when people try to tell you to believe in the bible, and you think critically for even ONE second, and realize it isn't real. You mean stuff like that right?

You have a lot of anger in your life. Have you considered worshipping something greater than yourself? That might help you deal with that rage that fuels your actions. Also people who are constantly angry tend to lack gratitude. When was the last time you were grateful to be alive?

Looks like this propaganda vid was just a little too blatant to skim past the Houston school board. Better luck with your brianwashing next time! 😆

    Here’s me thinking critically.
You guys could’ve made this a 1-2 minute video. There’s some valid points….but using something that is accepted by 99% of scientists as true for your example? That’s gonna erode your message. Has the earth changed in the past? Yes! That’s true. Is industrialization and poor environmental decisions making that change faster? Yes! Also true! Can I think both things and still be right? Yes!
THATS critical thinking. You’re doing the exact thing you accuse liberals of doing. You think the question “well didn’t the climate do this in the past?” Is your “gotcha” moment for you to be right and therefore the original point isn’t valid…..That’s not critical thinking (again, following the video) that’s closed mindedness or whataboutism.
As a teacher, I think this video is more of an “indoctrination” than anything going on in American schools today. You disguise the concept of “look up reasons why I think it’s wrong” as critical thinking. Which isn’t educationally sound. Which is also why your video is on my local news right now for being “banned” in my local school district.
You could’ve made this a home run, but using man-made climate change as the example make this sound like conservative indoctrination. Hope you can realize that.
