Practice, the guys that do it normally have practiced it for years. Go Into practice, set the bot for crouching block and just practice the timing. It's not something you'll get really good at in several weeks, or even months most likely.
Practice learning the inputs going slow so p1 side ➡️↘️⬇️➡️ or p2 side ⬅️↙️⬇️⬅️ then hitting 2 which is triangle or Y depending if you’re on controller then once your inputs are smooth practice putting the 2 input in at the end
