Nick. Rbf600 brake fluid is your friend. Flush brake fluid before each race. Always use a new container. Never use an open container. Brake fluid is hydroscopic water boils at 212 and makes the brakes fade. Rbf600 dry boil point is like 600*. That’s what I run in my track car. No brake fade.
Great job, Nick! Fourth is no joke in that field. Jake, you gotta get some tree kickers for that tight woods stuff. Breaking things is part of learning to race with the big dogs. You find the weak points and then make things stronger. Overall, very proud to know the Dirt Dudes and Dudette! You represent well. Be safe. See ya!!!

Nick needs some lightened and balanced internal on that rs1. I think it would pull the last bit of power out of his RS1. Break it Jake breakin it like a champ.

Another successful event. Jake, you know you're pushing hard when you hit something and it rips your trailing arm in half. I like your "when in doubt, throttle out" style of racing. That was an unlucky break. Your pace looked good though. Nick, I'm continuously impressed with your ability to calmly assess/troubleshoot issues while continuing to push. I think that podium would have been very realistic without the power steering and no brakes issues. Great job guys! Thank you for sharing. I look forward to the next one.

Zack, weld little steel sheetmetal boxes around where the gopros mount where applicable so the steel takes the hits and keeps the camera pointing in the proper direction. Nicks front bumper cam specifically. His onboard was fantastic though, make sure to keep that one operational!

@@dirtdudes Even a slice of rectangular tube steel would make it super easy, weld to bumper, job done, less outside phenomena ruining great shots.
