baby blue Hi there, how are you getting on with the Blythe doll purchase? I am a newbie just newly bitten by the Blythe Bug, so interested to see where others purchased their first one, etc and best place to purchase the clothes. 😍
Hi! I know this is a really old video but I'm just wondering if you know if regular barbie clothes will fit this body? I have 2 of these factory blythe's on the way and really don't want to wait so long for clothes from aliexpress.
Barbie is taller and wider than even the factory Blythe dolls, but some clothes may fit, not many though. I have done things like shorten or bin Barbie clothes to fit them. I would check Etsy for vendors who sell Blythe clothes. Not all of them are out of China.
+Julie&Rich Welcome, and thanks for watching. I just watched your videos too and subscribed. You do such a great job styling them. That's something I need to work on. I've been collecting Blythes for about a year but just have gotten to the point where I feel like I'm understanding each doll's different personality a little.
+Tammy Powley ... Thank you Tammy 😘 I'm loving watching everyone's videos and seeing how creative they are with their girls and outfits.. Look forward to more of your videos .. Love and best wishes.. Julie. Xxx
thank you very much for this Tammy I am thinking about buying my first Blyth [factory doll] she will be my model for a new range of clothes I would like to design and was not sure how different in size the non jointed / jointed was but after watching this I will begin with the non jointed original body then later purchase a jointed one thanks again as a newbie this was a great help :-))
Oh how interesting! There are so many companies out there making pure nemo-type bodies out there now! Did you say they call it "fortu-day?" I'm trying to get all my terms right ;)
+Tammy Powley haha Ok thank you so much! This is a great video! You can pull off the feet from the jointed body and put on stock Blythe boots that way :) I've done that with my Royal soliloquy boots and the jointed body and it looks good!
It depends on the outfit, but you can pop the hands off if you need to. In fact, they comes with interchangeable hands like "thumbs up" and a "peace sign."
I'm thinking not because I found one of those dolls in a thrift shop once (I sold her), and I remember she had more of a Barbie shaped body, which is larger than the neemo body. However, I've posted a question about this on a facebook group. I'll let you know what I find out.
@@TheCrabbyArchives From what I'm learning, some of the classic dresses fit Blythe stock but tend to be a little big. Disney dolls tend to be smaller than Barbie but bigger than Blythe. The Disney shop is having a 25% off sale right now, so I just ordered a few things. I'll unbox and test them out in future videos.
She's a fake Blythe, not a stock Blythe, and I got her from Blythe Homes on Aliexpress some time ago for $40. This exact doll is probably no longer available there, but she often has similar dolls for about this prices. I have an unboxing video of her here: ua-cam.com/video/hTIOQi9U3_g/v-deo.html
Hi, I'm doing a little bit of a research before buying anything, and your videos have been really helpful! Thank you So much 🙌

+redliz61 Oh, yes, that could make a real difference when making clothing for them!

Fortune Day is what I'm attempting to say. That is how Blythe Homes on Aliexpress names poseable bodies

+FairyPrincess Couture I would not have thought of that!
Do you have too remove the hands on these articulated dolls I have 3 of them can’t or very hard to get the hands through the sleeve
It depends on the outfit, but you can pop the hands off if you need to. In fact, they comes with interchangeable hands like "thumbs up" and a "peace sign."
Do you know if disney store doll clothes (the "classic princess") line will fit on a neemo-style body?

What's the price range for this doll. I want to buy, but I have to save money. It looks like it's expensive, right? about $300/400 or more?

in aliexpress found ones for 30 or 20 dollars
