Bora is trying to say the Toughbuilt is like the old Black&Decker Workmates that took 3 minutes of learning how to set them up easily. The Bora "accordion" table was around when I was a baby 70 years-ago!!! They were supposed to be for wallpaper pasting when you put a couple of planks on top. As long as the load is nearly PERFECTLY CENTERED, they work. Nothing works as perfectly as in the ads, or is as BAD as another brand shows in THEIR ads! I think Daddy told me that and "Everything on TV is a TV show." when I was 3...

Not a tradesman but an above average diy're that's remodeled my kitchen, bathroom, and dry walled my garage on the back of this little toughbilt table. I mean it might jam up from trade use but I had it clumped in drywall mud dust and just hosed the thing off. It's the first thing I grab for any project. 10/10 recommend every home owner own one.

I have they Toughbuilt table. It worked great at first and then started to jam on me pretty quickly. After fighting with it for a couple months, I accidentally dropped a 4” cast iron pipe fitting on it and broke it. Now I can’t get it to unfold at all. That’s obviously my fault, but I wasn’t impressed by it before I broke it, which is a shame because I love all the other Toughbuilt stuff I have!

@@KlayJones Did you try to get a warranty replacement for it? Supposedly the DeWalt folding workbench has a lifetime warranty on it. I'm curious how they would provide support, as it would be very much impractical to ship it in for service. Either DeWalt would send you a new one at no charge, or else they basically prove the warranty useless. Nobody wants to pay what would surely be a prohibitive amount to ship it anywhere.

I have the bora sawhorses. Releasing the legs is nice but if you don't click them into place just right they'll fall out during transport. Somehow one of the legs buckled a little bit near the top and now it won't close :|. The mechanism for the tough built legs looks more appealing. Plus, get two, and then sawing between them should be a breeze.

I did a vid on the Bora a while back. I liked them until I leaned in them from the side. Looked as it the legs were going to fold onto themselves so I didn't give them a very good review. Bora's just bent because Toughbuilt makes really good gear. Matter of fact, just a few minutes ago I received a project pouch I bought from them through Amazon. It feels really solid, and uses their patented cliptec system (which is what those plastic blocks on your table are for). Their stuff is pretty much indispensable if you're a general contractor, or someone whom needs to constantly switch out gear for different jobs. Those clips add a whole crap-ton of versatility to both your tool belt, and work area. At first I thought it was nothing more than a gimmick, but after having two of their pouches I'm a believer!
Soon I'll be buying their suspenders so my pants don't fall down with the weight of my tool belt, lol. Plumbers, I love ya, but put the crack away. No one wants to see it...PEASEDONTHITME! I might end up buying this very table because I may need it for future projects, or even a miter saw stand. Thank you for this awesome video.

The key to opening the legs is knowing how to push the button. If you know how to work it you won't have to jerk it. The last thing you want is another man testing your table.

Probably the SAME problem that happens with the DEWALT table... nice&smooth opening at first BUT.... give it some time, it'll start giving you problems opening after a little while on the job... ask me how I know??? Lol

Bora’s a good company. I think they make good products. BUT Tough Built is scaring everybody right now. They are making some heavy duty, innovative, reasonably priced tools. Everything they’re putting in the market is awesome.

I love you brother, I truly do but you are deadly wrong on this one. Let me start by saying I absolutely love this table it is extremely durable and very stable. There are features on this table that make superior. THAT SAID. I've had one for a year now and it is hard to get to open. I've used hammers , class, you name it. The opening button is extremely impossible to press hard enough to function. It finally came to the point where I couldn't even close it. I took it apart and found that these super important pins are molded into the arm that actuate it. They push I to a hole that allows it to lock into position so it can open. They sheared right off. A design flaw. I tried drilling it out an adding a metal pin. Couldn't get it to work. Bought a competitor's and it work great just is not as sturdy as the tough built.

Interesting that Bora was comparing apples to oranges.
Bora's sawhorses are IDENTICAL to the ToughBuilt ones.
I guess you can't beat design, s they copy and falsify.
