Thank you so much for filming this.. This is my dad, with my step mom and her friend. They have been together for 42 years and has cherished every moment with him.. I’m sorry this video portrays her as impatient, but she truly is one of the kindest, giving, and most caring people I know. I am lucky to have them both! He will be 84 this year and has Leukemia. He gets so nervous when he is in front of an audience but he has always had such a soothing voice. He would sing “God you’re so good to me.” Thank you for your kindness and I am truly grateful to have this video with me forever. I hope to see sing with you one day too!

What a contrast! Young and encouraged vs mature and barely tolerated. They both needed your gentle nudge that gives them permission to drop their guards, open their hearts and sing out loud. You're the best Reggie!!!

One of the more subtle, but one of my favorite, parts of this video was when the boy was describing his feelings and being a bit slow to find his words and you don’t rush him. You simply waited, giving him the time and space to express himself without trying to fill in his words for him. I found that particularly sweet.

Thanks for reminding me. My father is a drummer. he played with Doddie West, Sammy Kershaw and Trisha yearwood among others. When ever I watch him play I'm just in the moment. I need to remember that, one day I'll never have the opportunity of his next show. Then trying to look back on all of them memories won't be enough to actually seeing him play. So thank you for helping me remember my dad before it's to late. Thank you

This is what the world is missing, strangers talking together and music is the bond.
I got out of prison in 2011.
I was on a train back home.
It was strange. Not one person was talking. Everyone had earphones on?
I saw a woman in her twenties with a guitar. Two seats down engrossed in her laptop, earphones on.
I went to get some coffee and saw an elderly man with a violin case. I struck up a conversation with him, and came to find out he was a professional violinist.
I commented on how people obviously stopped talking to each other within the last 10 years I've been down. He agreed sadly.
I said there's a girl down below with a guitar. He said, see if she wants to play.
I introduced myself and told her about the man up stairs.
She immediately got her things and went with me.
Come to find out she was in college learning music.
A few minutes later, there was music, a crowd and laughter in that part of the train. It was like a dream to me. Remember i had been in prison for 10 years and was actually afraid of the outside world.
I thought to myself in silence while the music and joy ensued, I can't believe it took a newly ex con to bring strangers together and meet. What has happened since I've been gone?
So, this video reminds me of that time. Strangers getting together to make music. Wow!
Thank you for bringing back that memory. Thank you for making the world better.
    God bless,
    ✌️🦁

Jack's family seem tobe 24 x 7 controllers...Jack in all probability gives in most of the time to keep peace. There is no place like O.C Md. and the ES. I will tell you something about an Eastern Shoreman (or woman).. when others give advice... tell you what to do..you must etc...AN EASTERN SHOREMAN WILL POLITELY REPLY; "THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE SUGGESTION." THEN, GO RIGHT AHEAD AND DO IT ( whatever it is) HIS WAY. I HAD HOPED JACK WOULD HAVE STAYED LONGER. HE WAS FUN AND I REALLY ENJOYED HIS STRONG VOICE AND PLEASANT DEMEANOR....Just a guess the women probably wanted to go eat, have a drink or shop....Jack and Reggie were far more fun.
