    Kya bolu sir kal ek client aya tha ghar dibkhaya, usko pasand aya aj final hua...sab thik thak tha bas or kya kar diya ghotala!... Buyer or seller milke 50k ka chuna laga diya...jada hosiyar chand dibkha raha tha, may vi raji ho gaya or uska ghar ka pura renovation ka kam mang liya, or avi uska hosiyari ka kimat vi chukauanga... Hum vi sarib rahena chahate hai magar sir samaj saribi ka kimat nahi date hai...

    सर मेरे साथ अभी यही हुआ है। दो महीने तक मैंने एक सेलर का घर दिखाया। 20 से 25 clint को दिखाया । फिर एक ग्राहक को पसंद आ गया। और वो ग्राहक ने डायरेक्ट कर ने के लिए एक दूसरे आदमी को ले कर आया । मैन सेलर को को clint का नाम और नंबर दे दिया। मीटिंग के दौरान clint ने कहा कि मैं डील उसके आदमी से karwayunga। मैन संबंध खराब ना हो करके मैन कहा कि ठीक है आप बात कर लीजिए। मैं सोचा कि मेरी दलाली रहेगी। फिर उस सेलर ने रजिस्ट्री करवा दिया। अब उसको दलाली के लिए बोल रहा हु तो तो वो पलट गया। और बोलता है तुमने कुछ नही किया है मैं दलाली नही दूंगा। अब मैं क्या करूँ 2 से 3 महीने में एक सौदा होता है और ये लोग ऐसे करते है । इस वजह से परेशान हु सर। कुछ गाईड करे

      Is case main only builder se brokerage milta hai. You need to talk to builder not client. At the time of visit did you fill form in builder’s office ?
