I was following along nicely until you got to the eyes. Is the blue a piece of fondant? What did you use to line the border? Black food color? Really want to make this cake!

i love your cakes soo much! I think they look really effective, before you add food colouring. it makes the cake look a bit sloppy and untidy. Try edible markers, they give tge lines more consistency with thickness. love your cakes though.
Fern Major Thanks Fern! i personally like the "sloppy" look your are describing.. i prefer to call it hand painted :) it might help if i slowed down a little too.. i tend to rush them - like this cake.. i actually filmed twice because i filmed the entire thing out of focus..
