Fr Don Calloway, I am from South Africa and these important books are scarce if not here at all. It's frustrating, is there anyway they can come to South Africa and be sold in various catholic churches. Alternatively we have pilgrimages to the Marian Shrine in Nongoma KZN. There is a beautiful story about that Shrine and how our Lady saved that land from Tyranny. Our Lady of the Holy Terbanacle. That would be beautiful.🙏🏾
I once had a dream in which I was being chased by unknown creatures and people with swords, ...I was with my boyfriend and we were surrounded and had no where to go, then I knelt and started reciting Hail Mary full of grace ....in my native language...and immediately fire came from heaven and burnt them all...the rosary is a powerful weapon indeed😢

I like the Luminous Mysteries. I only became a Catholic in 1998. I remember in RCIA being taught how to do the Rosary. From the very beginning, I wondered why the entire earthly ministry of Jesus had been left out. Jumping from his boyhood right to his agony in the garden -skipping almost everything else in the Gospels.
I am a convert to Catholicism and I am so grateful for it. The faith is very deep, very challenging, and infinitely precious! Pray for guidance and you will be led.

There is a really good video that I just watched on the rosary by Dominican Father Gregory Pine. He said something like: “The Lord does not ask us for impossible things in the spiritual life. He just asks us to show up.” He also talks about being distracted a lot during the rosary. It’s worth the watch but keep showing up!

In what crazy world can ANYONE pray a full rosary in twenty minutes?! Just one chapelet takes me about half an hour and a full rosary around an hour and a half. Even if you ignore the luminous mysteries it is impossible unless you are the FedEx commercial guy.

Fr Don Calloway, I am from South Africa and these important books are scarce if not here at all. It's frustrating, is there anyway they can come to South Africa and be sold in various catholic churches. Alternatively we have pilgrimages to the Marian Shrine in Nongoma KZN. There is a beautiful story about that Shrine and how our Lady saved that land from Tyranny. Our Lady of the Holy Terbanacle. That would be beautiful.🙏🏾
I once had a dream in which I was being chased by unknown creatures and people with swords, ...I was with my boyfriend and we were surrounded and had no where to go, then I knelt and started reciting Hail Mary full of grace ....in my native language...and immediately fire came from heaven and burnt them all...the rosary is a powerful weapon indeed😢

I like the Luminous Mysteries. I only became a Catholic in 1998. I remember in RCIA being taught how to do the Rosary. From the very beginning, I wondered why the entire earthly ministry of Jesus had been left out. Jumping from his boyhood right to his agony in the garden -skipping almost everything else in the Gospels.

There is a really good video that I just watched on the rosary by Dominican Father Gregory Pine. He said something like: “The Lord does not ask us for impossible things in the spiritual life. He just asks us to show up.” He also talks about being distracted a lot during the rosary. It’s worth the watch but keep showing up!

Jesus Christ is the only mediator between God and man, and only by The gospel (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) we are sealed with the Holy Spirit, no devil can get inside Gods children, then we are saved by the free gift (Ephesians 2:9-10) to have a prayer that will be received and interceded in our tribulations, we can have the peace of God and dont need ritualistic prayers as He is our Abba Father as Romans-Philemon teaches us in The Body of Christ. Idolatry or traditions of men will lead astray from sound doctrine and private interpretation of scriptures. God bless and stay with the whole armor of God in these end times.

In what crazy world can ANYONE pray a full rosary in twenty minutes?! Just one chapelet takes me about half an hour and a full rosary around an hour and a half. Even if you ignore the luminous mysteries it is impossible unless you are the FedEx commercial guy.
I think the reference must be to one set of mysteries being 20 minutes each.
