I mean most people I meet driving them are so bad lol. Glad the devs made some of the more op tier 4s actually needing skill to drive. Like for example the nsx nc2 understeering to the ground or the 288 gto snap oversteering everytime u make a slight turn, but ofc these can all be combatted with tuning but you still need to require the skill to drive these beasts.

Tier 4 ruined the logic of the game and broke the whole car list because now every car that isn't a tier 4 is slow asf and they keep adding one supercar faster than other.
