Nice, but you never every pull your patrol car up next to or in front of the suspect's vehicle because the suspect may or will kill or injure the officer in this situation all units back up and wait for swat to arrive and they will move in on the suspect. Fire and Ems will stage on the on ramp or they will stage one block out from the scene.
