it's probably a habit from other games, but it's also not bad to quickly look around between shots to avoid tunnel vision and missing other threats :)

I think you should try out the game dayz It's hard to learn but u might get the hang of it.
Dayz is a zombie survival game with other players and base building with sniping and close combat also with the threat of starving and losing your stuff.
I really think you should try it. and clean sniping there!
