One more Heart of 18 years old brain dead person named Mihir Bharatbhai Patel was being donated from Surat through Donate Life from Sunshine Global Hospital, Surat by traveling 1158 Kms in 177 Minutes to AIIMS Hospital, New Delhi which gave a new lease of life to a 32 years of age person of Noida Uttar Pradesh.
Salute the family member of Lt. Mihir Bharatbhai Patel for their brave decision to donate the vital organs of their beloved Son after doctors declared him brain dead.
This was the 19th Heart Donation through Donate Life from Surat, Gujarat out of which
13 Hearts were transplanted in Mumbai Maharashtra,
3 in Ahmedabad Gujarat,
1 each in Chennai Tamil Nadu, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and New Delhi
We are thankful to Sunshine Global Hospital & Other Hospitals, Surat Doctors, AIIMS Hospital New Delhi and IKDRC Ahmedabad, Health Department Government of Gujarat, NOTTO, Surat City Police, Surat Municipal Corporation, Surat Airport Authority, Press-Media and Volunteers of Donate Life for their support in this life-saving mission
