Back row is so intense bro. I love the front and the back because the front doesn’t swing at all but the back swings so much. 2 very different experiences.
@@ballshd68419 I did it at Halloween haunt and my last ride was at 11:45 and I hit the brake run and the car was still swinging. Absolutely insane. Probably the most intense arrow suspended coaster operating
When Cedar Fair purchased Kings Island, Top Gun retained the plane theme but it was renamed Flight Deck. There were three Top Gun / Flight Deck coasters built at three Paramount / Cedar Fair parks. Which coaster model and manufacturer were those three Top Gun / Flight Deck coasters?
Of the 10 Arrow suspended coasters built in the world, there were two with a layout consisting of a fast ride with a sizable drop, turns low to the ground, fast swings, and crazy swinging brakes. The two fast rides were similar nearly identical but with a few differences. One was built in the end of a pathway, swinging through woods, and the other was built over the top of an artificial mountain, swinging through pathways and water. Considered by many to be among the best suspended coasters, these similar suspended coasters were... A) Vortex at Canada's Wonderland and Top Gun at Kings Island B) Ninja at Six Flags Magic Mountain and Iron Dragon at Cedar Point C) Big Bad Wolf at Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Vortex at Canada's Wonderland D) XLR-8 at Six Flags AstroWorld and Ninja at Six Flags Magic Mountain
I heard that the walkway on Wonder Mountain which allowed guests to walk through the mountain to get views of the park was closed off entirely because of Vortex. I that true? If so, I am confused why when it was just a small portion of the mountain. Why not just block off that area from guests so they can't reach it?
For the 2014 season, Flight Deck at Kings Island was renamed the Bat as a tribute to the original and prototype. Both similar suspended coasters Vortex at Canada's Wonderland and Bat at Kings Island, operating. What do you think about both rides?
Vortex at Canada's Wonderland and Top Gun at Paramount's Kings Island were the two similar fast Arrow suspended coasters they ever built, opened... A) Vortex in 1990 and Top Gun in 1991 B) Vortex in 1991 and Top Gun in 1992 C) Vortex in 1991 and Top Gun in 1993 D) Vortex in 1990 and Top Gun in 1994
Most intense coaster at Canada's Wonderland. Back row night ride is the way to go

There were four. Canada's Wonderland had a Vekoma SLC. Great America and Carowinds had B&M inverts. Kings Island had an Arrow suspended.

I'm unclear when that pathway closed.

I think that was a new restaurant.
