Put high frequency radio hydrogen generator on fuel tank, then use desalinating sea water with some its metal materials, all internal combustion engine can run on water, even RF hydrogen generator is expensive but that tool are working, not need cathode and anode, but high frequency radio that can spliting oxygen and hydrogen on demand, we already found hydrogen frequency and oxygen frequency, the best part of that we can use 2 method to spliting the h2o, by 2 metal anthena one for hydrogen frequency transmitter and next for oxygen frequency transmitter, and another method is by high frequency radio laser transmission. More volume is more hydeogen and oxygen production, even PEM cannot beat High frequency radio hydrogen generator. This the best solution.
