I work in recruiting and have found when I got college campuses to job fairs, so many of these students don’t show up with resumes, the don’t dress up appropriately. A part of me thinks the new college kids don’t know how to search for a job and that is the fault of the universities. I do understand the market is tough now and that’s another reason they can’t get jobs. I would suggest to anyone right now, to really consider NOT going to college. There is NOTHING wrong with not going to college.
Legit question, at what point do people change their mind on Elon? How many miracles does the guy have to do before at least say “I don’t like him but absolutely have to respect him what he has been able to accomplish”? Just based on 1) scaling electric cars to mass production 2) building re-usable rockets 3) he’s changing people lives by drastically increasing the bandwidth of the interface of humans and machines. The guys on the spectrum and is bat shit crazy but damn does he get shit done. Lol

First off. Shame on these Colleges leaving their students with $100,000 in debt and not providing job placement. Seriously how the F$$K are they supposed to pay it down? Sounds like it should be in the Colleges curriculum to provide this. Second Scarlet SOHOTson is 100% dead balls on about this AI voice. And Sammy boy knows this to be true otherwise why would he try so hard to get her approval 2 days before and then still go through with it. The balls of some of these MF’s. Seriously.
Personally, I think a number of grads think they can post their resume on job boards, and don’t take the time to go to job fairs, reach out to people directly (don’t ignore it when Mom says she knows a guy…) and leverage the college recruitment team who wants to help. Yes, you’ve worked hard, gotten good grades, but the world isn’t necessarily going to flock to your door with an offer. The kids who beat the bushes are going to get the jobs.
