Hi I am facing a refund failure twice although second i did change the account and validated it too, but the refund failed mentioning the previous account no , ITR did not consider my new account no and send the refund to previous BOB Ac, please suggest what to be done now.

I have received the intimation order on 5th July 2024. But I have'nt recieved the refund amount yet stating the reason as IFSC code mismatch. . I tried by adding another account and that also got pre validated in IT portal and I have raised the refund request again on 07 July 2024 and same day I got an email from IT department mentioning refund failed due to IFSC code mismatch. At present If i am trying to issue refund request it is showing that "You have no refund failures to raise request". Please help
Hi @@bibinmathew1319 , same case is mine, I filed my ITR on 17th May and refund was failed coz my hdfc ac was not eligible for refund, now that I've revalidated it, the Portal is not letting me issue a refund reissue request, saying that I've no refund failure. Though I've submitted a grievance for the same and called at sbi number, still no resolution till now...if you get to know how else to proceed please let me know.
Same here,customer care ne bola ki e-mail ke through refund reissue request send kijiye pan card aur refund failure ke details ke saath samajh hi nhi aa raha kya kare🎉🎉🎉🎉

Sir , i am also facing this issue. I have checked all detail mention there is correct . No merger in bank then also refund failed with reason Invalid IFSC. When I tried to raised refund re-issue request then msg displaying there is you have no refund failure so can't do anything. When i try to contact helpdesk and mentioned my PAN 4 digit and DOB surprised to get the msg that detail not matching so not able to contact helpdesk. Unnecessary harassment from Department.

Sir Aap ki videos me Refund Awaited 94480* Bata Raha he .. processing complete huwa hi nahi he ..same position he meri to Refund Reissue kese kare.. intimation latter to abhi tak nahi mila muje..sir please reply jaroor karna...Mera 24 Jun se same position me he....❤❤❤❤
Never open any bank account for income tax return.get in touch with customer care of it dept.they will resolve the issue
