On last boss you have to dodgeroll the rocks from the aes if there are more than 2 circles are up, or it is a one shot. Doggies can be blocked and do not give you a knock back. You take little damage when blocking. As mentioned someone with the beam on should aim it to pillars to both destroy them and damage the boss too. As a mag DD here I found Jewels of Misrule awesome here dye to the sheer amount if blocking and dodgerolling. Weirdly we had an easier time with no secret bosses and buffs than with them. Didn't hear you mention his late fight lightning aes in human form. Can back off when these happen and just move left or right so they don't hit you. The bear has a nasty healcheck for the group with his ae lightning on the last phase too, but we burned him as soon as he entered that and ignored all conduits. There is a *cough* cheese for the bear's conal attack on the tank, but even without that, we found it was far more manageable with major protection and applying major and minor maim.
For this run, I believe I was wearing Briarheart and Relequen. I don't remember the monster set, but I'm sure it was likely Slimecraw. Still specced as mag, but with a couple stam skill morphs, which was super helpful to me. I hope this helps!
