What's great about these commercials is the fact that the candy isn't a solution or a reward. Caramel uses it as an example. When someone seems a bit too high-strung she tells them to relax, and uses the smooth soft Cadbury Candy as an example. They try the snack and discover what she means, before relaxing.
These are cool! I wish we had Cadbury commercials like this in the US. Over here, they play the same 20+ year old commercial every Easter where different animals wear rabbit ears and audition to be the Cadbury bunny.
