Theres plant based milk like, soy, oat, almond, cashew, and coconut milk that does not have any dairy in it. The lactose in dairy milk might be bothering your stomach.

To prevent your beans from spoiling and prevent ants from entering it, you can put some charcoal or dry bell pepper (the ones Aboki sell). This works very well and preserve your beans for a longer period of time.

To avoid straining rice, cook w|about an inch of water above rice. Cook in med/high heat &reduce to low & cover once it starts to boil.

I hope that you washed all of those utensils before you put them up or at least before you use them. Things that come from stores and factories have micro particles of dust and dirt, and germs. Best to be sanitary
