I'm also a AS positive.....and I got recovered in 3 months only and today I'm living totally fearless now.......I'm vegetarian and eat everything even it is spicy, oily or cold drink, icecream etc because it doesn't creat any problem for my AS...... Believe in yourself .....took proper diet and exercise like gym you will be fine one day.

There is a risk of malignancy but the same is not very high. This risk exists with all the biologics.
