The fact that squatter rights is even a thing is pretty pathetic. I get if it's a run down or abandoned home but not someones actual place or a house that's up for sale.

The house next door to us was vacant. We called the sheriff department to check on it. The sheriff's deputy said Big Spring has a terrible problem with squatters. He said if they knew the house was vacant it would have been taken over.

( you must remember that the Alamo was the biggest amount of swatters ever , just like Russia trying to take Ukraine, invators both the north and the south, took it by force, GUNS, swatters have no Rights, if someone comes and makes a tent in front of you home 🏠, it's the same thing, what do you think about that !)
