White bellbird: listen to the world's loudest bird call

- A bird found in the Amazon has shattered the record for the loudest call, reaching the same volume as a pneumatic drill. The white bellbird, which lives in the mountains of the north-eastern Amazon, was recorded at 125 decibels (dB), three times louder than the next bird in the pecking order, the screaming piha

Belbird, the Metal Scream Pokémon, Steel/Flying type, its ability is Soundproof, its moves include Supersonic, Hyper Voice, Synchronoise and Metal Sound, evolves from Skarmory via Dawn Stone, has a rivalry with Exploud as their loud noises drown each other out, and this is its cry :)
Due to its keen eyesight and loud, high-pitched metallic cry, Belbird is often used in place of a security alarm, and it can even fight off intruders using only its deafening screams. However, despite its strength, it is unpopular for use in battles between trainers, since without ear protection, its loud voice can damage the ears of nearby humans and even other Pokémon.
Yes, I am a huge nerd lol. But you can't tell me that sound wouldn't fit right in as a Pokémon's cry.
Or maybe it should be some kind of special trade evolution between Skarmory and Chatot 🤔 Idk
That can explain why people think they can hear alien spaceships.

Very electronic-sounding, I never imagined that a bird could produce a sound like that.
Many birds can mimic electronic sounds, I had one living in a tree near my place that would mimic a phone alarm, the different sounds they can make the more likely they are to get a mate, as it’s the female that chooses the male bird.

Girls tend to speak softly in presence of someone attractive.

I understand the pain dude 😂👍
Not true actually! Fun fact, studies show that women actually raise their voices to a higher speech when speaking to someone they find attractive. It's got a lot of names but commonly referred to as "the telephone voice" because like most people do while speaking on the phone with strangers, their voice is more high pitched. Are your ears okay
Bird casually screaming at 125 Decibels: *Pathetic.*
Your earphones did not reproduce 125 dB. That's just a recorded attenuated version. The live sound will be painful above 90 dB. 125dB is 2^5 = 32 times louder than 90dB. It can pierce your eardrum !
@@goognamgoognw6637 125 db can slightly hurt your ears, but not pierce your eardrum, don't forget that we made the db scale logarithmic because our hearing evolved in a logarithmic way, Although 125 db is 32 times louder than 90, our ears will only perceive it as 2 times louder.
And 125 db is as loud as a rock concert. So there is no way it can pierce your eardrum, or we would have banned rock concerts long ago.
Imagine being a predator hunting your prey and this thing scares it off
This will probably scare off anything that has a brain
Assuming whatever's trying to catch it close, the sound would probably cause some hearing damage and probably stun whatever's attacking it long enough for the bird to fly away
