I'm saddened by some of the comments on social media about Skye and his voice. For me this is the most startingly original voice in the competition. You would never not recognise it on radio. It also seems Skye has a story and has had a journey, likely not an easy one, and we shouldn't underestimate how hard it is to bare your soul publicly. He seems like such a beautiful soul and this version was remarkable to me. This was an exceptional top 8 but if we are truly to choose a voice, rather than just a technically good singer, it would be hard to bypass Skye. Brought tears and goosebumps and made me sit forward on the couch. Truly beautiful Skye. I wish you great success.
