Judy, you deserve every single penny you make from these videos, you are such a hardworking, dedicated woman and mother of 3! I admire you for ALWAYS staying true to youtube and your viewers, to this days your videos are go raw and genuine! I love you for that. You are the very BEST!
it's not being negative, Judy. lol makeup doesn't have feelings. videos like this keep it real for those of us who aren't makeup gurus and have to choose wisely when spending money on makeup. thanks for putting this up!
Haha you were cracking me up when you were talking about the ELF product! I agree with you about the LipSurgence by Tarte. I mentioned those in my last products I regret buying video too. You look gorgeous! You should definitely keep doing these videos!
Thank you, Judy! I appreciate your honest view of these products. If something is as pricey as $50 or so, it should definitely work well. Love your channel and your recommendations!!!
I personally love these kinds of videos. I enjoy the honesty of someone saying that did not like something and find it often more helpful than people sharing their favorites. Please keep doing these types of videos! :)
Judy, I just want to say a huge thank you for being so consistent with your beauty videos! It's so disappointing when other youtubers that I enjoy watching have several weeks between videos - and they're not pregnant with twins! I really like this type of video so I know what to avoid buying! :)
I'm not sure if anyone told you this already but the best time to order elf products online is towards the end of the month that way you'll be sent newer products that aren't old batches. Ever since I started doing this all my elf products come without complaints. Unless I of course stupidly ordered the wrong color.
Judy, you look like such a cutie bear with that sweater! I think you did a great job of staying honest to your thoughts about these products without being too negative. Really appreciated it!
I love how concious you are of price Judy! It always helps when youtubers are realistic with price versus expectations!! btw - I agree. The L'Oreal True Match concealer chubby is SOOOOO much better than the cover girl one! And I found the same with the CG true blend verses the L'Oreal True Match Lumi foundations! L'Oreal Blew it out of the water in all areas!!
Thank you for doing this video Judy!! You are still so sweet, even when talking about products you didn't like!!! Please do more like this, it is very helpful!!
its so disappointing finding 'bad' products. especially when they are expensive. goes to show higher end doesn't mean better. Great video girl xx love from Australia
I love how you give such honest opinions on the products you don't like. It's good to know that you can tell us what you don't like. Thank you so much. Please do keep on doing these videos. Love them. :)
I purchased the Forever21 matte foundation and pressed powder in Medium after watching your unboxing video, I seriously thought it was a perfect color match…. until i took a flash photography.. I'm normally a MAC NC20 and the medium shade with flash made the foundation and powder on my face 3x-5x whiter than my neck ): Can't imagine what the "light" shade would look like...
I bought this liquid highlighter from ELF and I got the same sweaty gym sock smell from it too. I didn't even use it once! Also I noticed that the product was separated.
These videos aren't being negative, Judy, rather the people that value your opinion and buy the makeup that you like and promote will perhaps save money on the products that you have regretted purchasing. Therefore, these videos in fact are quite helpful to your viewers and that is the way you should look at it when you make these videos,
I would love to see a review on NYX foundation "stay matte but not flat" liquid foundation, it's supposed to be oil free & full coverage. & a review on their "Pore filler" :)
I know you do not like making these videos but as a consumer, I very much appreciate it! You were very constructive with WHY you did not like them and its nice to know before trying them. Thanks! P.S. I would LOVE more of these. You try so many things!
I had also bought the cover girl concealer stick and ended up returning it. The main reason is I couldn't stand the smell of it and also because I thought it wasn't easy to blend and when using anything around the eyes you have to be careful not to drag or pull since it's a sensitive area and the skin is thinner. Trying to keep a youthful look, not get aged before my time!! LOL
Judy! I would love if you did a first impression series based off of makeup/beauty and hair products featured in infomercials! I loved hearing you talk about that Prestige Hair tool you purchased after watching the infomercial! Most people aren't given a fair chance with products sold on tv because we are never able to test them out in stores, it would be really neat to see you do this! xox love from Canada
I like these videos more then favorites , not just for you but for other youtubers as well, it really lets us know what products to avoid and gives the companies an honest reviews
The hair dryer/ curler combos are great for people with thin/fine hair. It takes the place of the round brush & blow dryer method they use. If you have thick or frizzy hair, it isn't enough heat or pull to do the trick.
Judy, can you do a review on YSL Rouge Volupté lipsticks! Your thoughts, long lasting, what do you think of it ETC? I would really love for you to give those a try, if I'm not wrong i think thats a brand I've never seen you purchase so i hope you love them ☺️
Thanks Judy for doing this video! I don't think you're negative nancy by pointing out the flaws of these products. But they are actually helping us from wasting money on them. Do more of these! :D
I think you should try the F21 liquid foundation as concealer or highlight for the under eye circles! Because it look like a highlighter for your skin tone
for the tarte lip product I use a lip brush and it goes on great! it doesn't streak for me! I had the same problem and when i used the brush it was so much better!
Awe! I fell into the "ionic" trap as well :((( Didn't do anything and created some weird dents into my hair :(((( Then I forgot to return it soooo…. not good :(
My thoughts exactly on Tarte products you mentioned. I was disappointed when I swatched them with the color. I do love the mascara though in the bamboo casing. Love it! Going to use it in some of my tutorials. Plus, its natural and paraben free!
I love watching your reviews, very helpful. I also picked up that conair torture machine, I have fine hair, and it rotated so much at one point it almost yanked my hair out, I returned it the next day, and while returning it, I saved to women from buying it, one was going to buy it for her granddaughter and the other for her daughter.... Keep up the videos 😄
Judy loved your reviews. You are always so honest. I really think you would love the instyler. It is pretty pricy but well worth the money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I put away my Remington wet to straight hair straighter, both of my conair curling irons. I have really thick hair and curly corse hair and it smoothes my hair. Straightens makes my hair so shiny and healthy looking I LOVE WATCHING YOUR VIDEOS AND YOUR DAILY VOX AND MOMMY CHANNEL. .
Well, for this being your first vid on 'products you regret buying' I found it very useful & I would love more! It definitely helps me & I'm sure many in knowing how some products worked or may not work on me as well if it didn't work for you. I can't afford to purchase products that I will eventually regret. I've done it before. And that's no bueno!! 😕
I totally agree with the review of the covergirl tru blend stick vs the loreal true match one because the undertones are completely different! In Mac my concealer shade for highlighter under my eye is nw40 and I like that the loreal one had a yellow undertones and it was super blend able but the covergirl one has this peachy undertone that doesn't look good on me and it does tug on your skin like I don't want to get premature lines under my eye!!
Australian prices on make-up is ridiculous. I would consider revlon as a high end make up brand here just because of the prices. $38 just for the colourstay foundation. at kmart! makes me so angry!!!!!!
I love my ConAir Infinity!!! I love it so much that I force myself to put it away so I will use some of my other hair tools! My hair is short to medium and it's kind layered. It works great and it's quick!
I have the Conair hair tool and I love it. However, I can see where it wouldn't work for you. My hair is considerably shorter than yours (since having 15 inches cut off last year). With hair as long and thick as yours, I can see where it would get tangled. With shorter hair it works so much better.
Thank you for being honest I rather have someone be honest then lie about it and waste tons of money! You should do more like this every once in a while it really helps I love loreal or conair and sometimes they don't work but it saves me time watchin ur videos so I can know what to get now. (:
I love that you said you don't want to be a negative Nancy, because I just picture someone named Nancy doing a similar video saying she doesn't want to be a Judgy Judy, hehe. omg Judge Judy! Love the review
I'm with ya on the lipsurgence and I think the rolling conair hot air brush works with short hair. My mom has one and has no problem with it but it's a different brand and she has really short hair.
Fyi: If your looking for a good hair tool to straighten/ curl and make your hair shiny (not oily), try the original instyler. I LOVE it. I have long, wavy hair like you and once I got in a groove, takes me 20 mins to do my hair! Its 99.00. :)
I own a Connair rotating hair dryer and I love it!! Sadly it only rotates one way instead of two. I'm purchasing another. I think it's best on medium length hair.
I loooove the Tarte lip surgeons. Lol, it goes to show how the same product can work for someone and not someone else. :) Oh and that's unfortunately how every foundation settles around my nose. I think it has to do with how it's shaped maybe. I didn't think it looked bad on you, but maybe it was the light.
As for the rotating hair brush, I don't know if you've tried but I have the babyliss one and it's my HG product! You need some practice though and at first use the slower speed and practice on your ends (don't take it all the way to the top). I've been using it for months now and I'm very comfortable with it, I don't even second-guess which way I need to rotate. Sometimes it wants to tangle, but you just stop immediately and take the hair out easily. Also, your hair looked dry in the screenshot, I use mine on 20% damp hair and it smooths it out with a subtle curl at the tips. :))
I'm so glad you pointed out that the Cover Girl crayon thingy and the L'oreal crayon thingy are different! I've *almost purchased the Cover Girl concealer a couple of times because I've heard such great things about the L'oreal one... Now I know there IS a difference! Thanks! Also-- I do fashion/styling videos and thrift-hauls-- I'm no beauty expert, but I think it’d be fun to be friends!! =) xoxox ❤
Im a hairstylist and i own one of those round combs to curl the hair. And mine works pretty great. The hair has to be dry and it works better if you have medium to long layers. I also bought mine at sallys so that might be the problem. I wouldnt recommend too many drugstore hair tools.
Judy you should put what makeup you wear in your videos in the description box because I always love what you're wearing and I would love to know what it is :D
I agree loreal and cover girl concealer look a like but I also preferred loreal . Every time I go to the drugstore I go straight to maybelline or loreal . But depends on everyone preference .
That's funny that the F21 foundation is so light! I'm from Scotland so im crazy pale and I find most "light" or "fair" shades to be too dark! Can anyone recommend either a good foundation or BB cream for pale people like me? I have slightly dry skin. I'm sure one of you ladies must have found one! Hah help me out? Xx
I do also have very pale skin, and often it is dry. I recently found a foundation working for me in England, MUA (Makeup Academy) and it says "Undress your skin" in the tone porcelain. And by using a sponge (I'm using one from Real techniques) my dry skin doesn't show (even though i wished it was a bit more "oily".) But make sure to prep. your skin good before applying and it should work! :)
Dominika Jančovičová I'd heard that one was good. I could always ask for a sample or maybe ask the SA if there's one for drier skin. I was gonna try the Chanel vitalumiere one so I don't mind paying a bit more if it works. :) xx
Judy, I think the Conair Infiniti is meant for people with shorter hair! My mom has one (she has short hair) and it works great on her, gives her lots of volume. I made the mistake of trying it out on my hair and needless to say, it scared the hell out of me when it got all tangled up in my hair ahaha!
Haha, you're too nice! "I don't like to do these, I don't like being a negative Nancy..." "I guess it's bad because I just got a bad batch..." "I guess I was harsh because I'm comparing it to this other product..." "Maybe they just didn't work for me"
Judy, you deserve every single penny you make from these videos, you are such a hardworking, dedicated woman and mother of 3! I admire you for ALWAYS staying true to youtube and your viewers, to this days your videos are go raw and genuine! I love you for that. You are the very BEST!

I think these types of videos really help because now we know what not to get! My face is REALLY sensitive so I think this helped alot! Thanxsss!
Judy, you had me cracking up when you described your regret towards the Elf Moisture Stick. Hahaha.
"It STANNNKS!" lol you're so cute/funny
Judy, you look like such a cutie bear with that sweater! I think you did a great job of staying honest to your thoughts about these products without being too negative. Really appreciated it!
I love how concious you are of price Judy! It always helps when youtubers are realistic with price versus expectations!! btw - I agree. "it STANKS" hahahaha
Sometimes you just have to say it so companies realize buyers opinions and will hopefully fix their products. Thanks for you honesty Judy!

Yeah sorry to think but I thought you look real oily
If you need search more bestbuyus.co/Makeup.html
Please do more reviews :) i love watching them :)
I bought this liquid highlighter from ELF and I got the same sweaty gym sock smell from it too. I didn't even use it once! Also I noticed that the product was separated.

I especially appreciate the hair tool info.
THANK YOU! :) Love your videos.
Tarte lip surgence worked very well for me! Even better than the revlon ones.
Judy we know you're always positive, thank you so much for this video i actualy wanted to buy 1 of the item now i know its not worth it
I would love to see a review on NYX foundation "stay matte but not flat" liquid foundation, it's supposed to be oil free & full coverage. & a review on their "Pore filler" :)
Please keep this series around!
I just love how honest you are in your videos!
I love these kinds of videos :) Judy I like pink on you!
@BeautyMuseMakeup Thanks Vinamae!
+itsjudytime order a bunch of makeup online then do a like it or hate it video please

Have you tried the Matte versions of the Tarte lip product? Great video, and thanks for the warnings, haha :)
The loreal concealer crayon is my absolute staple- love it. Glad to hear how it compares to covergirl!
your makeup and the lighting is gorgeous in this vid! you're glowing judy!
Judy! I would love if you did a first impression series based off of makeup/beauty and hair products featured in infomercials! Honesty is the best policy!
Never thought purple eyes would go with pink lipstick but wow beautiful on you Judy!
Tip for the lipsurgence!!! Use lip balm right before you apply it. I feel like it goes on smoother and looks better.
The hair dryer/ curler combos are great for people with thin/fine hair. It takes the place of the round brush & blow dryer method they use. If you have thick or frizzy hair, it isn't enough heat or pull to do the trick.

I think you should try the F21 liquid foundation as concealer or highlight for the under eye circles! Because it look like a highlighter for your skin tone
LOVE the Tarte Lipsurgences!! My faves, so moisturizing, long wearing, and pigmented. Very odd that ur not feeling them....
for the tarte lip product I use a lip brush and it goes on great! it doesn't streak for me! I had the same problem and when i used the brush it was so much better!
Awe! I fell into the "ionic" trap as well :((( Didn't do anything and created some weird dents into my hair :(((( Then I forgot to return it soooo…. not good :(
I really enjoy this kind of videos because it shows us how different products may/my not work for evryone.
Thank you so much for doing this!

Keep up the videos 😄
Judy, for anything that you bought at Sephora, even if used, you can return them without a receipt and get store credit! You look gorgeous btw! :)
Straightens makes my hair so shiny and healthy looking I LOVE WATCHING YOUR VIDEOS AND YOUR DAILY VOX AND MOMMY CHANNEL. .
Please do more videos like this. Gives consumers like me an idea wether to buy or not and not have to buy and waste money.. Love this video
You should do more videos like theseee ! I love them
You are absolutely gorgeous!! I only had one of the Tarte LipSurgence and it didn't satisfy me either!!!
Well, for this being your first vid on 'products you regret buying' I found it very useful & I would love more! This was a very helpful video! You're not being negative, just honest! BTW you look so adorable during this stage of your pregnancy!
I totally agree with the review of the covergirl tru blend stick vs the loreal true match one because the undertones are completely different! I LOVED the scene in your vlog when you asked Benji to smell that Elf stick thing. You should have linked it, it's hilarious!!
LMBO @ "IT STAAANNNK!" about ELF moisture stick.
I agree with you about the ELF moisture stick. It sits on my skin and smells awful. BTW I am happy to have found your channel!!
Australian prices on make-up is ridiculous. I would consider revlon as a high end make up brand here just because of the prices. $38 just for the colourstay foundation. at kmart! makes me so angry!!!!!!
I like the F21 Love & Beauty products a lot more for their quality and pricing. Thanks for sharing and your honest opinion.
I love my ConAir Infinity!!! I love it so much that I force myself to put it away so I will use some of my other hair tools! My hair is short to medium and it's kind layered. It works great and it's quick!

Your nail varnish is sooo pretty and Thankyou for the great advice! :)
Love these videos!
Thank you for being honest I rather have someone be honest then lie about it and waste tons of money! You should do more like this every once in a while it really helps I love loreal or conair and sometimes they don't work but it saves me time watchin ur videos so I can know what to get now. (:

Instead of the conair rotating brush the Babyliss one is amazing- you should definitely try it x
The Babyliss rotating brush is awesome!!
Hey Judy,
I've been loving the new Hourglass Immaculate Foundation- you should make a first impressions video on it :)
Awesome videos, by the way!
I love when u post videos Judy. I always gotta click ur video right away. Love ur input! :)
the Conair pro works better for shorter hair. I have it , hair a little past shoulders, and I love it!!
Can u do a review on Milani's New Rose Blushes!
My elf moisture stick smelled so bad too! It was fishy and awful. I do like the covergirl stick but more for spot concealing than under eye.
=) xoxox ❤
Can you do a video on all the makeup brushes you use please? love you Judy!xx
I have the same problem with elf moisture stick. However, I use it sometime to moisturize my hands :)
Great video Judy. I love the way you are so honest.
Hey sis, thanks for the inspiration
Im a hairstylist and i own one of those round combs to curl the hair. And mine works pretty great. The hair has to be dry and it works better if you have medium to long layers. I also bought mine at sallys so that might be the problem. I wouldnt recommend too many drugstore hair tools.
If you contact ELF about it, they will refund you your money back. They have good customer service.
Can you do products I would repurchase? with hair products, makeup, and skin care?
I have the exact same colour for the Tarte lip surgence but it works perfectly fine for me. No streaks when swatched.
Judy you should put what makeup you wear in your videos in the description box because I always love what you're wearing and I would love to know what it is :D
I bought the Covergirl concealer stick because I was looking for the L'oreal version, BIG MISTAKE!! The L'oreal one is so much better.
I agree loreal and cover girl concealer look a like but I also preferred loreal . Every time I go to the drugstore I go straight to maybelline or loreal . But depends on everyone preference .
You're glowing Judy! I really enjoyed this video, so I would definitely love to see more of these from you :)
Estée Lauder Double Wear has like million shades to choose from. Its more expensive but totally worth the money!
Dominika Jančovičová actually double wear doesn't go to the fairest of skin tones, plus it's a no-go for people with dry skin, as it's SUPER drying
codenamekarin thank you so much! I love MUAs products. Do you use a primer too? Their stuff is really affordable so I'll defo give that one a go! Xx
Thanks for being honest!
Haha, you're too nice! "I don't like to do these, I don't like being a negative Nancy..." "I guess it's bad because I just got a bad batch..." "I guess I was harsh because I'm comparing it to this other product..." "Maybe they just didn't work for me"
You should do more of these. Totally loved it!
I think the elf moisture stick just starts stankin' like funky fish after awhile. Mine didn't at first but now it does. Love these types of videossss!
So glad you did the tool portion, I always wanted the conair hair tool but was on the fence about it. Now I'll pass
