    i think the main thing i like the most about pep is that he actually makes the players better. for example, look at Boateng. before pep arrived, he defended based on pure physicality. pep learned that boating didn't know how to defend properly, and a couple of weeks after that conversation, boateng became one of the best defenders in the world.

      That is exactly what I say every time I come across a Pep's hater. Just look at Kimmich, Lewandowski, Neuer etc. Everyone has improved a lot since Pep came to Bayern. Joshua Kimmich wouldn't be one of the best players in the world now, if it weren't for Guardiola. It's true that he hasn't won so much after Barça, it's true that his experimentalism is too exasperated sometimes, but God, he really is one of the best coaches in the world. He's always done well in every team he was.

    Guardiola is a great manager. He get's a lot of hate, but you can't deny he knows how to win. He seems to say around for a few years, and then leave to another club. I wonder what's going to be next for him once he leaves Bayern. Probably the Premier league, or maybe Serie A, also probably a chance he could manage PSG at some point. He's still young, and with his style of not sticking around too long, I expect him to hit all the major leagues before he retires.

    Pep Guardiola and his Teams : Performance of Excellence.
    Lesser people argue and feud over matters like Barca and Bayern were talent houses which he exploited,hes turning Bayern into Barca,hes managing in a weak one horse league,its easy to win Bundesliga and all sorts of non-sense which could be easily debunked by the facts that Van Gaal won Bundesliga in the first season too but was struggling to keep Bayern Munich in top 4 the very next season,Jupp lost 2 Bundesliga Titles and DFB Pokal by huge score difference,Barca were in trophy drought before Pep Guardiola and he only sold off all their top players when he came in.
    But if you have even little bit of Rational in your thoughts it is broadly evident how Revolutionary Pep Guardiola is in Football in the short term hes been a Coach/Manager.Performance like 10 Men Bayern Munich vs 11 Men Man City,Spain and Germany going on to win World Cups,Barca sweeping everything before them big or small,Bayern performing in a style and dominance unlike ever seen before,the biggest and richest clubs putting him as their first priority for a coach despite not doing whole lot bad themselves tell you of his Artistic and Grand Work he does with Humbleness and Subtleness silencing all the envy without saying a word.
    Football and Football fans are Lucky to be Witnessing his Marvelous Work Twice in a Week.

    • @uberjens
      @uberjens 10 років тому +4

      He's without a doubt a very good manager. But Jupp Heynckes won the treble the year before Guardiola took over. Guardiola took a winning machine and tried to change it, which won them the league easily, but they were horrible in the semi finals of Champions League, against a team which could oppose them. Would they have lost that match had Jupp been in charge? Maybe, maybe not, but one thing is certain. Guardiola took over the best team in the world, and that's something you have to keep in mind when praising him.

    • @mantouism
      @mantouism 10 років тому

      Eren Jaeger they announced gotze's transfer behind dormund's back though buy-out clause right before champion's league semi finals against real madrid starts. they bought him because guardiola wanted him. sat on the bench for a season. finds the excuse of not wanting good players leave the bundesliga, yet sells toni kroos for just 30m and mandzukic for just 22m

    • @ihmisviha6647
      @ihmisviha6647 10 років тому +3

      mantouism It's not Bayern's fault because Dortmund can't keep it players. Reus can be bought by any club who is willing to offer 35 millions and clubs like real madrid (who paid 90 millions for james rodriguez) will buy him for that money without thinking. Dortmund don't know how to save it's best players and you can't say it's Bayerns fault.
      Mandzukic wanted to go because he wasn't playing the style Guardiola wants. It's simple. Players like him won't go back to Wolfsburg to play Europa League. Kroos would stay in Bayern if Bayern offered him more money. Players like him are not welcomed in Bayern and there isn't a club in Bundesliga that would give him that amount of money.

    • @mantouism
      @mantouism 10 років тому

      Stefan Efenberg yes when clubs like bayern are always trying to dig other club's players of course not. they would buy everyone from dortmund but refuse to sell a single player to them because they are competitors. reus arent willing to go to another country to play but he will still move out because guess what, when your salary cap doubles all the other club's salary cap whos not moved

    • @ihmisviha6647
      @ihmisviha6647 10 років тому

      It's 4 am here and am very sleepy so I will tell you this as short as it's possible.
      Hummels, Dortmunds best defend player, was brought from Bayern. Dortmund DID buy a player from Bayern.
      Am sure that you have heard of Gerd Muller. I've read once that he signed for Bayern because he was fatter then other players and he thought that Munchen 1860 (then it was in Bundesliga and Bayern was in Bundesliga 2.) would reject him. Bayern was promoted in Bundesliga, won the title, got to the finals in Champions leagues, won it 3 times in a row and it become world class club. Of course players like Gotze and Rues want to play in the best club in they're country. Players like them want titles, and Bayern has bigger chances to give them that then any club in Germany. Bayern was never in - and it has double salary cap because it wins titles almost every season. It plays in the Champions league every season. Dortmund dosen't have that luck, should Bayern pay the price because of that? I don't think so.

Firstly, who's fault it is that BVB can't hold own graduates and leaders? Secondly, Götze and Lewandowski came to Bayern on their own. My very own opinion is that they would leave BVB in any case, and by leaving to Bayern they at least stayed in Bundesliga, which is very good for last.

He didnt win anything with Leipzig and now he's moving to a ready made title winning team with the one of the greatest strikers of the last 2 years and a great midfield line. At this point winning anything with Bayern as a coach or manager is not a big deal so even if Nagelsmann win the UCL with Bayern I'll have no respect because he failed at a club that had the potential to end the Bayern dominance to go to Bayern so that he'd win something.

Several of their best players were benched and it took City until added time to actually win the game. It shouldn't be that hard to beat a team down a man, regardless of who they are.

      na this is a one team league you might as well put bayern in the mexican 3rd division like seriously no team is gonna get close boring

      connor parrish Bayern Munich has just 7 points lead over 2nd placed Wolfsburg.
      Borussia Munchengladbach were on Bayerns heels until last week,now its Wolfsburg and Bayern Leverkusen is doing good,Dortmund maybe lagging in the league but are a force in Europe still.
      How about EPL now,about the same points lead held by Chelsea,anybody looks like catching them,Man City,Man United,Liverpool,Arsenal?
      Talkin about Mexican 3rd Division and sh!t without even knowing or following Bundesliga keenly and on weekly basis.Dont Fookin be joking.
      And EPL has tons of money,yet so sh!t,its just embarrassing they cant compete in their own league,they cant compete in Europe,Bundesliga on the other hand is all talent and rising fast,with their entire budget prolly less than a single EPL team.
