Tip for the seat install. Get your long bolts, chop the head off, and hacksaw or dremel a flat screwdriver slot where the head was, put them in the seat while outside of the car. When you put the seat in, you can use the modified bolts like a dowel to locate the seat as you put it in. You can also put a nut on the bolt from under the car to help pull the seat down into position before you take them out and put in your proper bolts.
Yep they bolt to the skin, hence the sacrificial bolts to help preserve it if there's an incident... I'm not sure on the filler vent routing, it's one of the preassembled parts of the kit.

The rear wings bolt to the aluminium skin only? At the fuel cell, the air vent hose how it is hooked up(it has a vented fuel cap)?
