For some reason, the vibes that this song give reminds me of Undertale of all things. Like, it feels melancholic but full of happy energy that makes you feel like even though not everything's perfect, things ended up in a good note. Great job, and keep up the good work! :D

I believe it's that last chord progression. It sounds almosy identical to the main motif of Deltarune, and that bit of music theory is a favorite stomping ground for Toby Fox.
It is now in Deemo! In its latest (and final) 5.0 update, this is included in Epilogue, which is one of the newly released free-to-play collections in that update. It is not immediately playable though. You have to clear Alice Goodnight at least once first.
