I Got this game free from Amazon Games Prime and I have played it a bunch over the last year, but I never messed around with the Conveyor belts, was trying to hook them together using the tractor and it wasn't working. I google a guide and first one to pop up was yours, and within two minutes I knew what I was doing wrong, and it was when you said you can get in them. I hadn't seen any seat configuration so I didn't realize you could enter them like a vehicle. I know it's a few years since a majority of your comments or since this was posted but it's still helpful today.
A couple additional notes: The extension belt can be connected directly to the pickup and loading belts, so you can have them all attached in one chain as opposed to individually controlling them separately. As well, you can adjust the height of the pickup belt after it has been connected to other belts. Use 'G' to select the pickup belt, and then the left-click up and down controls the height of the hitch, and thence the height of the pickup.
Its weird I know pretty much every aspect of this game but i watch guides.. I guess i like your style and its just relaxing Keep up the work!! Channel growth is skyrocketing
So glad that last grain auger made the cut. I've been using it for a while in conjunction with my potato washer/sorter factories and I found it invaluable.
Thank you for the video. I never use conveyor belt, because im most cases it works without these and I generally do not drop material on the ground for storage. But maybe I will change this now. Keep it up
You can adjust the height of that grey auger you had attached to the tipper trailer. You just have to push G to cycle over to it then use a mouse button similar to adjusting heights on a conveyor. If you have manual attach mod then you also need hoses hooked up.
I'm sure this has been done but... in order to facilitate fast dropoff, in the basic map of the default location (i forget what it's called) there's a central elevator that's a purchase point, so I just built a line of belts leading up to it and stuck the end of the belts under a silo spout after I built a silo near the central elevator. It makes dropping off stuff from trucks faster than having to drive up on the ramp, and I figured out I can chain silos together that way and end up with a huge amount of storage that becomes a long delivery chain from almost anywhere on the map. fun stuff. one thing i noticed though is that the filling from the silo stops once the first belt is full, except sometimes I can get it to fill several belts at once - i'd love to know the rule for that so I can just get it to fill constantly once the silo has grain.
Super helpful FC. I was trying to figure out how to pickup silage from a bunker to put into a trailer so I could take it to sell. This worked great, but the controls are not that great with these.
You can use The Oakley creator belt to your potato washer filling just put The convayer under The rootcrop storage and hop in and push R and IT Gill up

@@APWoodworking In the vanilla game, only the S-710 will _pick it up off the ground_. But it doesn't go high enough to load a wagon with, so you need the Quantum to do that.
Does this work on pallets? Like wool pallets? I'm doing a huge sheep breed farm on flatmap and the "pallets full" notification is getting very annoying, just wondering if there's a way to make it easy to get them out of the way and sold.
A bit of a non sequitur here, but wondering if you've ever done a comparison of tire types in FS19. One thing that most tractors have in common is the decision of Michelin vs Trelleborg vs [commonly] Nokian. But there is no stated difference between them [some sub-options aside like Narrow] and often a cost difference. Aside from aesthetics, is there a difference that you or your audience knows about between these tires? Thank you, and I enjoy your videos - I've learned quite a bit about this game from them.
@@FarmerCop sorry I made the comment in the wrong video... I finally found what I was looking for, those silo that you can place and buy seed from it... Keep up the good work!!!

What I'm missing is the area/range in/at which the S-710 picks up stuff. Ideally, the game would outline the area on the ground when placing/moving the conveyor. I know I won't get this in FS19 anymore at this point… and I'm not too hopeful for FS22 having something like this. Frankly, the whole shop is bad. Which actual farmer would buy a conveyor without checking the specs? How fast is it, how much can it transport, how long (if expandable, min/max) is it? None of the in FS19, and probably not in 22 either. _smh_
by any chance do you know of a mod conflict preventing the belts from connecting to one another?... I'm not getting the option to push "q" to connect the belts
@@FarmerCop thanks for your reply... I found out a couple days ago that the tow bar mod the one that comes with a three-point hitch has a lot of conflicts and I had to completely delete it from my mods files to make the belts connect... Which is a shame I really like that mod

I have made a large field on flatmap and now I will use conveyors to transport the crops to the control centre when the grain silo is present

My go to for manure pickup is that last one. Beats using a bucket any day. Loads trailers fast and has an excellent pickup range.
I was wondering how to do this thanks

Yeeee haw
how far is the reach of the belts feeding from, looking at using them to load ore in PV maps
can u use the base game ones for manure
Yes, absolutely. Makes a fast and easy way to fill up your manure spreaders, without needing a bucket of some kind.

Can you use any belt to pick up manure from ground to transfer into spreader?
Most belts will work for that yes if set up correctly

Transfer as in transport them around? Most will hook up to a tractor or vehicle with a hitch
