40:39 pay attention to the time the cobblestone has to regen. The drill is mining it at the same rate the cobble gen is producing cobblestone, so the item has no time to fall into the chute, it's yeeted upwards immediately because another cobblestone just generated in the same place. You can either speed up or slow down the drills so that the block breaking no longer matches the speed at which the cobble gen works. That way there will be a tiny time interval at which the item would be able to fall.
You probably already read this from someone else: the reason why your waterwheels were disconnected is cause of something that happened the last episode. When you tried connecting your windmill and your waterwheels, it broke for the first time which should've given you a hint. This is cause the rotational speed of the windmill doesn't match the speed of the waterwheels. Hopefully this info will help you in the future, and will prevent things from breaking 😊 Awesome series I'll be a returning viewer.

If you're looking to turn processes on and off based on how how full a storage container is, you can use "threshold switches" with a "redstone link" and a "clutch" - I think those are all base Create! Threshold switches will measure capacity usage and send a redstone signal if it meets usage levels - this can be configured. Redstone links send signals wirelessly between paired links, and a clutch stops downstream rotation when it receives a restone signal. Super useful for if you have automatic farms that can produce lots of items quickly and don't want to burn through or destroy excess resources!

Advance set up is using a redstone link to set up your on and off lever😊. Using a threshold switch as well has the same effect. You could automate nether quartz by haunting sand using encased fan blowing air to a lit up a soul sand or soul campfire Infront of it. I love watching your videos especially this one.

Edit: You know Legion, you could always look into adding a mod to make a computer for a storage system 👀. That could be really cool to add!! (Unless Create already has that, then disregard haha!)
You doing really great, just a few tips: 1. Whenever you want cut something on the belt with mechanical saw, you always need that saw be reversed to the belts, so the most cheap, space friendly and maybe even aesthetic solution is just 3 small cogs, instead of gearboxes. The middle will reverse direction for the saw, the last one next to belt will reverse it back. 2. The infinite lava pool in unmodded Create need to be 10 000 blocks, which is roughly 22x22x21 blocks hole. It is not that difficult to dig that (especially with Create), but it might take very long time to fill it with lava. You might find a large enough lava ocean in the Nether pretty easily and transport lava via trains... but that's a little ahead for now :)
I would love to see u embrace the chaos, that the Create mod brings with it. Lay the pipes between the buildings, have items fly through the air. Just have everything moving. And i think it looks nice when you can see where the items come from. Nonetheless loved the vid!

You will need to set the config option to make infinite lava sources. Go to Gameplay > Fluids. Your going to want to change "Bottomless Fluid Mode" to "Allow All", and tick "Fill Infinite"

As I can see, with this series you will need better control of your inventory and chests, in my case I use the "Inventory Profiles Next", this mod will allow you to organize your chests much faster, with just 1 click, saving you time, seeing that in this series you will have a lot of materials perhaps help you.
I recommend doin a giant building just to make cobblestone,gravel,sand and clay and storing all of it in a huge vault Them you can just branch a belt line and make a iron farm,branch another belt and a gold farm,branch another belt and you have a redstone farm and so own
instead of using funnels to push out the gravel from the mills, use chutes and link them to the belt so items dont just fall out, to reduce lag. and use the rotation controllers on the machines you make not on the generators, so you have more control over the stress, not everything needs to go super fast. edit 1: to stop machines, use clutches and smart observer and threshold switches to measure the items and send redstone signals to the chlutches also funnels and tunnels respond to redstone signals
i have lotsa tips but most people learn on there own better them people can try and explain. 1 tip i will give you is just use 2 gear boxes and a shaft so vertical gearbox on end so its not connected and normal right after it with shaft in the belt in the belt 48:51 it will go the right way since i see you keep tryin what most people do an pray its right

I might have suggested turning on smart animations, that might not be a good idea. Don't know if when the animations are stopped on a machine that is hidden underground or behind a wall will it keep doing the maths (work) I'll find out soon enough. And I hope endermen cant mess things up I think the only technical block they can pick up is TNT.
Command "/gamerule dopatrolspawning false" should stop the pillager issue. Maybe look into the mod page for the Traveler's Backpack mod a bit, save you carrying a bed and crafting table.

It should be 3 Enchanted buckets , and you make it in the crafting table as a bucket or three same thing walks with water for infinity ♾️ water. Buckets... The same way you make a pocket with iron You have to use three iron buckets to make one infinity bucket 🪣 x3 hope this helps... I'm wondering if you can add filters to your mining machine so it will only pick up diamonds, emeralds in 1 set of boxes and sort the other stone types in different boxes? That would be cool I think
I get that this is your first time doing this mod, and you're actually doing it amazing, things work, which is really cool, but do you feel the but, there is a but, but I really dislike the disorder in all the factories 😅 if you could find a method to organize your mini factories 😅😂 that would make me so happy. Like you did in the home, one powersource, running the entire side of the house, that was great! Something like that with the power and lava, but also woth the belts and the storages 😅😇
Watchout using so many belts they will destroy your FPS after a while. fluid depots work well the items will roll end over end along them. also you can use chain drives to change rotation angle. to think 4 blocks three horizontal output and the last one vertical.
btw conveyor belts don't use up power, and also, to generate more power, look into the x4 full windmill design I've seen ilmango use it in his ATFC series episode 18 (highly recommend watching the whole thing)

I think there is a way to pull lava from the nether, some kind of inter-dimensional pump. I feel like I have seen that on other create play-throughs.
For your mining contraption you don't need to place the builder just put some tracks down and place your mining contraption.

Legion be careful how many belts you use. Mr Beardstone had issue with fps when there were tons of belts.
