Are the traboules only accessible for the residents of those two buildings? I see that Leatitia used a key.

After looking online I see that 40 of them are open to the public, but this must have been one that has been locked. Perhaps NOVEA Immobilier, as tenants of the building, are given a fob for access? Some of the traboules connect 4 or more buildings!
