    Could do with an updated video with the new model. Just removed 6 screws (2 hidden under the small rollers) out of mine and it still won't come apart.

      4 months late but I had the same experience. It definitely isn't user-friendly for something that is necessary customer maintenance. Basically, did the same and took the 6 screws out (4 under the rollers, which need removing) It is then a case of opening it all up gently from the suction attachment end and then gradually easing all the inner parts out (noting where they go); then a narrow metal instrument to ease open the front end, from each side first and then into the middle .. there are three clips for the top sheath to the main body, one about an inch and a half in at each side and one in the middle. They are quite rigid, so taking the internal fittings out creates space for the two plastic halves to bend more easily. It would probably snap without doing that, without a specialist implement. It was doable though. Good luck!
