Just to be 'that guy' for a moment, in the bloopers at the end of this video it shows one of the twins having cards hit there throat at a close distance, while he was attempting to stick the card in an apple, meaning he was definitely trying and it wasn't just a weak throw. Playing cards are not really viable weapons, the most you are doing is maybe a 2 inch laceration if you get insanely lucky, and that just aint stopping someone who is coming at you.

@@Steve-Mcgarrett at that clip he didn't intend to cut the apple, he was only exerting enough speed for the card to be inserted in the apple and does not do that much damage when it comes in contact with the skin
