I always look forward to your videos each week! So much so that when you missed a week, then another, and another I got a bad feeling and called your number. Your nephew answered and told me you were in the hospital with covid and he gave me your hospital number. I’m so glad I was able to talk with you! I will also call a place up to let them know how good something was. They we’re surprised because, as you said, they’re not used to it. Once I had a bad experience at McDonald’s. After much back and forth with first with 2 employees and then a one of the shift managers I just told them I didn’t want the food, just give me a refund. They were all so rude to me. So later I called them and spoke to the manager to tell her about my experience. I never got I’m sorry, just I’ll talk to them. So I called the corporate number. I got an I’m sorry and let me sent you a coupon for a free meal. I said, no that’s ok, I wasn’t looking to get free food, they did give me my refund like I asked. However, the thing I didn’t get that I wanted when I spoke to the shift manager was an apology for being treated so rudely by the employees and manager at the store. The lady I spoke with at the corporate number said she wasn’t used to people making a complaint and not wanted free food…lol. She said she was sorry for how I was treated and she would talk to not only the employees but the managers as well! I understand their job can be very stressful, but they don’t need to take their frustrations from whatever put them in that mood on someone that didn’t have anything to do with previous negative interactions.
I always love to hear about your week. What you share is a slice of your life that is authentic, interesting, and calming too. Thank you! ❤
Thank you, darling! You're always wonderful to me!
You’ve always been a great orator. Hope to connect again soon. Sending love. ❤️

You have always treated me like gold. Your story, sadly, is not unusual. Too many employees are rude & thoughtless.
I’ll have to read that book. I’m a huge fan of hers.
I finished it a few hours ago. Packed & interesting!
@ Thanks for the head’s up.
