Have a nice Dave I completely agree with you. Even though I’m not a fan of Survivor (which might change soon) this is the best Tribal Council Music. I wish they would bring this music back.
Agreed. Without the opening and the tribal coucil music, the show has lost it's charm. WaW was literally just a bunch of people bitching and conspiring for an hour, I could watch other reality shows for that! Old School survivor was definitley the best.
Listening to this is the hardest thing ever. My mom and I watched this show like a fucking religion not even a exaggeration. My mom died a few months ago and this songs makes me think of us sitting there trying to guess who was going home and just getting so worked up and laughing.
This song is super impactful. It delivers the intensity, disturbance, and sadness of voting someone out of the game. Wish the show still used it. People getting voted out now just isn't as upsetting as it used to be without this masterpiece.
I think more than that, it represents everything from the almost certain death that would await a tribe member in prehistorical times if cast out from their tribe, and also ancient human sacrifice.
Perhaps that's because voting someone out used to be a sad affair, now it's what you're supposed to look forward to, both the viewer and the players. The music kind of evolved with the game. I think for the worst, but it was bound to change eventually.
@@Captain-Sum.Ting-Wong It is used almost every tribal every season until Samoa which is Russell Hantz's 1st season and he did change the way the game was played music or not.
