Halloween Eyeball Drip cake ... how to

In this video I show you how to make a simple Halloween drip cake. I used my classic Victoria sponge cake with the addition of raspberries and blueberries. Link in video for how to.
Also i used my simple buttercream recipe, also linked in video.
For the eyes a used regular shop fondant, no expensive fancy stuff required here!
For the white chocolate ganache make sure you use an oil based food dye.
If you want to make more eyeballs feel free but i was happy with a little spattering of them.
