Man the satisfying moments of ReJechting opponents. I remember flawlessly reflecting Firion's Straight Arrow and Cecil's Luminous Shard back in the days.
5:48 "I gonna tell you something... i remembered my name.... Sir Jecht... I am Greatest of zanarkand. We always be my name!! *dies* Farewell old friend...!!" - Jecht's final words to redemption.
Extremely depressing that a Zidane player can get to a tourney finals by mindlessly spamming meo twister into brave assist into meo twister into brave assist
Seph. May seem scary at first. But unless they're running the one shot build Sephy is only dangerous to unprepared players. His biggest downside is straight forward attacks. Almost all of his bravery attacks attack in one direction so if you know how to dodge he's not to bad to fight. Sephy can easily get taken down by characters that have wider range attacks. And ultimately unless you know how to use his attacks correctly Sephy is a bit of a nuisance. Better off playing someone like Warrior or Cloud if you want to be scary. Sephys disadvantage is also his advantage tho since all of his attacks are multi hitting aside from a few hp attacks. My recommendation is to have his attacks where he shoots blade beams in midair and on the ground as your neutral bravery attack. With the attack where he says slow on the ground as a backattack. In Midair I found having his "Ready?" And "You look good" attacks good for the first one being up circle and the second being down circle. Have octoslash and scintilla on ground and Octo and the upward slash in mid air.
Seven year old video comment... I was never good with Jecht. Everytime I played as him it was a slog trying to figure out the combo timing and I couldn't consistently get to the finishers.
Super late comment, but one of the things that were really nice was that there's a circular visual on Jecht's attacks that help you deal with the timings. Ground bravery attacks in particular are a lot tighter in timing. But using the visual cues, you could eventually use that for timing, and then it'll come down to muscle memory/audio cues.
Finally, a Jecht player wins a tournament. Congrats Muggshotter
i love you MUGGSHOTTER!!!!
