My motion boom is in the post €79.99 deal from amazon (france). On paper the w-king x10 looked good to me at first. Until I checked reddit and witnessed the ground swell of support for the Anker Motion Boom. That's where I came across a link to your name! My first ever bt speakers, Creative Pebble 2x4W (8 RMS) blew me away for sound quality. But they're not portable. I might've gone with the W-King d8/d9/t9 but the lower bass tones and the brighter sound of the pound-for-pound world champion won me over in the end. If I need it any louder, well that's the work of another beast. Besides, nothing else looks remotely as cool. You're obviously highly talented communicator with a passion for this emerging technological niche. Good show old chap!

Nice comparison, Alan. Comparing two random Bluetooth speakers is all about which one is better. And in the end, the Motion Boom wins. 😎 But that's exactly my experience. Also owned the W-King D9, but sold it because I'm spoiled by the soft and detailed sound of the Motion Boom. I love it when a speaker teases out every little detail from a music track. Sure, the D9 sounds "fuller", but it doesn't excite me because something is missing. The X10 and X10-1 are similar to it.
i prefer the d9 for its deeper bass., the x10 is a schoolyard pleaser. it rolls off from 3khz, i mean holy sweet mother of god!!!!! anyone with experienced ears is gonna cry over this one 😲
I got the motion boom and w king x10-1 dual set up, the 2x king remained , i just like more how they sound connected to my Samsung note 10+, on iphone 13 pro the motion boom sounds better , or is just me thinking that whay :)) anyhow Bluetooth working great paring every single time both of them , if u shut down one shuts down the other it's just amazing set up for me ! Thanks for the great review !
I also have a Note 10+ but for music playback I prefer an older ZTE Axon 7. The Note 10+ has a useless EQ, whereas the Axon 7 (running Android 8) has an awesome customizable EQ. The Samsung doesn't take full advantage of the Motion Boom's potential, which is probably why it sounded better on you with the iPhone too. Too bad you sold it.
I guess if you like a soundcore product you must work for soundcore. 🙄 And floating on water would make us witches, I suppose. 😂 I think the only supernatural thing going on is the value soundcore offers. I'd still take my booms over the others. Thanks for another awesome review, Alan! 😁👍👏

Soundcore simply makes awesome products especially for the price. I have the liberty 3 pro buds and they’re incredible. I also have the Soundcore wakey clock radio and it has really good sound quality too and even uses the same app all their other products use
They are cheapening the quality, that's what I see.

Good morning and greetings to the whole community...
I've recently been approaching the world of Bluetooth speakers and I would be quite inclined to buy one... From the splendid reviews seen on this channel, I'm interested in the wking w-10 model, the tronsmart upgrade edition and the soundcore motion plus. .. I would like to have some advice on what could be the most appropriate purchase for predominantly "indoor" use in a 50m² environment, but with possible use in open spaces...
At the moment the wking w-10 model is more attractive, but I take this opportunity to ask if I should get a single 70w speaker, or would it be better to get 2 40w speakers to be paired? Thanks in advance and congratulations for the channel

Have you reviewed the Zealot S67? It’s louder than the Wking X10, but a harsher listen I guess, however it works for my purpose(on a loud motorcycle). I’m waiting for my X10-1 to see if it will be even louder. Thanks

I really want to get the motion boom, the bass sounds perfect, but I need an aux input for djing. What would you recommend then in the similiar price range with an aux input? The D9? The bass is very important. Cheers.

If soundcore added tweeters to the soundcore motion boom even if they raised the price to around $150 if the quality in sound is as good as the motion plus and kept bass the same it shud retain bass even better and deeper at high levels being the tweeters will allow the woofer to work only mids and lows it will be the greatest portable speaker ever in my opinion (maybe get rid of the handle and do something similar to the extreme with the strap as well for better looks)

i just bought 2 of these x10 and there the same model i think, but i cant get them to work in stereo together... about to lose my mind... any help from anyone would be helpful... i might have to return one if these dont stereo pair together....

If i use poweramp on my Smartphone to play music with the best software equlizer i know to push bass hard, the w-king x10 70w is 100% better then 30w motion boom with "custom eq"??? For example i have a 20w box without power amp, sounds like small bass ,but with poweramp the table can vibrate... So who know good eq here ? Can tell me Something about ? The 30w Motion boom is only good with custom eq, right ? But can he fight a x10 with poweramp eq?? I dont think so. Btw. Great videos here :)

from memory flashing mode is the outdoor screech mode....normally thats the way on these wking speakers

Hey, quick question, is there any delay in the aux input? I read in some review that the x10-1 inteoduced 0,5 sec delay, which would be a deal-breaker for me, because I want to use it as a portable electric guitar speaker (with some effect processors connected ofc)

Motion boom waayy better. At 50% volume the boom have deeper sub bass and crisp highs

I'm confused, because according to the information on my Amazon app the x10 is the newer model released in November 2021 and the x10-1 is the older model released in March 2021. And they are $2 different in price

I bought what Amazon called the "upgraded" model, X-10, with the sightly better specs listed. Guess I'll see what exactly shows up at my door later this week 🤷🏾

So my last guess as to what I got, older or newer, is I noticed on the video your X10 (old model in this video) didn't have a mesh cover on the speakers. Is that how it comes? On Amazon both the X10 (upgrade model on Amazon) and X10-1 (old model on Amazon) looked identical, they both had mesh covers. I received a unit, the X10 (upgrade model on Amazon, old model on this video) with a mesh cover on the speakers, like your X10-1 (new model in this video)
@@PaperRaines I do believe the "Upgraded" X10 that you bought is the one with the older chip but has the updated firmware that Alan mentioned. It's not exactly clear in the Amazon description what makes it "upgraded".

Chip shortage my ass, the world is overflooded with cheap erbuds thats all connected with tws, som why can't it be done with this big speakers.
I think the reason why it's called-1 is because they are using different chips than old ones. They couldn't brand it the x10 because they couldn't pair with them. So they rebranded it also they have done it with the t9.
@@Nathan-tn5yb yes I know as I wanted a second t9 to play in stereo. But they still sells i as T9 not T9-2 that is the current version. To find that out you have to go to the tecknical specs and you have to be ware of it. It's only luck that I did'nt order a second t9 that would be totally useless.
