Also, if I may suggest, just use a small capful of plain vinegar to mop your floors-no chemicals needed. For the clothesline, build it in the backyard with no more than five short lines on a pole, so it won't detract from the beautiful landscape. Those are called beets or beetroots. You can cook them or juice them. They make very nice juice especially if you mix it with carrot juice.
Use white vinegar and salt and hot water to clean the floor
Several years ago during my renovation l used white vinegar alone to remove all my oil paint successfuly

A suggestion you can put all your left over or broken tiles in a design on the slab you put at the front it will look beautiful.

Nasto your, sitting garden or lawn, is coming into shape really well. I wish that small tree was dug up and moved instead of chopped down. But that may have been too much work and better to start new, the other one grew fast. 😊

Sleeping - when he good and 😴 then you can put him in his bed, but have nightlight so he come back and crawl in bed when he falls asleep again repeat. If he's brave still get nightlight so won't run into things because of bad dreams sometimes. After awhile he will be saying I'm a big guy 😊
You need to get paint remover to get paint of windows. If you use a razor blade, it will scratch up the window. Turpentine also will work.

@5:15 Plant that uniform grass from the gate to the main entrance slab. Next, create a gravel drive way for a car wheels from the gate to about 20 meters from the entrance slab, then extend it with now a "cemented" gravel walk way up to the entrance slab, include a connecting walk way path that circles around the house to the kitchen entrance. Ensure that all areas are surrounded by grass. This will keep your compound free of red dust
Be careful with those tiled floors. They can be very dangerous when wet if flour or powder oil or water spills wet slippers too.

Nasto, you could have eaten those carrots as baby carrots. Here they're harvested when they're tender and before they mature and sold in packets. They're the same size as those you pulled. We eat them either raw or cooked as a side dish. Just wash them and no need for peeling since they're tender.

You are correct Miss Fle. The kitchen scissors are for cutting meat, vegetables, etc. Nasto, covering the steel on the well will prevent unforeseen accidents. This is especially true with Liam who is a very active little boy.

Thats called kitchen scissors, it is used for all things in the kitchen, opening spices, cutting some vegetables, clipping chicken wings and such. The white one that miss Fle was holding can open soda bottles too.

I think you should put him in the storage room now and you can put some plastic at windows in the outdoor kitchen and put the things that are in the storage room in the outdoor kitchen for now until you make a new storage room over the underground tank

I have quite a few friends with grandchildren at my age. We don't have the kids sleep in our beds, they sleep alone from a baby, they will crawl in once in a while, at two years they graduate from crips to beds.

Nasto, put a trap down for the rat. Because it will eat at your furniture in your bedrooms as well as chew a hole in your walls. Those little pesky things can be a very big problem. And yes, you need to remove the maze to the storage room. Plus, the maze needs to be kept in a big barrel with a top that seals so the rats can't get into it. They have stickies for the small mice, i think for rats also, if they are not very big. Once they get on the stickies, they can't get off. It's a glue pad that traps the mice. The stickies work very well. I don't know if you can buy mice and rat stickies there. If so, they are hood to put in areas of your house where you night have seen them. They really work.❤

I cannot live with my kitchen scissors. I use them to clean up fish, cut off the gill and boney spines, clean up the fat from the chicken, or any kind of meat, to cut open bags, and they can be used in the kitchen garden.

Nastor the house is so nice and you do not need to mop with so much water just sweep and use a damp mop to clean floors. If it was me I would by a trundle bed it has a slide out under the bed to put a mattress and you can pull it out when you have guest and hide it when you do not need it.

Hello Nasto, to remove the paint stain on your window, buy what is called TINER. It will remove it easily. I don't know what is called in Kenya but paint seller will know about it. It removes paint stain easily. Later you can then use glass cleaner.

Kitchen scissors are mainly use to cut fat from the meat 🥩. The tray attached to dish tray is used to store silverware after washing to allow the water to drip off😅😅

Don’t put so much water on that type of flooring, it will cause the title to start cracking between the seams .it should be a light coat of water applied when cleaning….
Make a clothing line so your clothing doesn’t have to hang from the fence, you have enough space, so the laundry can dry on the line….

Yes beetroot will grow Nasto. You coock them eith water you csn eat them or orepare them as a salad adding sufar salt and vinegar, or chutney ( good dorce of iton as well)

Hey Nastro, you and Miss Fle have created a really beautiful home. While I respect your ideas, I would suggest you put a screen door at the front door for privacy rather than curtains. A screen door would add a modern flavor to your home. Front door curtains are not for a modern house like yours. One love.
