So I have been trying to find a way to stretch my hair because it always seems like it is so much longer then it actually is and when I tell you I tried the method you talked about in this video last night without the heat, my hair was soooooooooooooooo much more stretched out as I let it stay in over night! Now I just have to keep it moisturized and do this every so often when I notice it is starting to shrink up again. Thanks so much #lovethis #itreallydoeswork

The other time I tried it I just used the banding method and left it over night and when I tell you the stretch is real lol it was right after I washed and conditioned my hair too by the way
I haven't done the blow dry part but I love banding. I actually make styles for my girls with colorful hair ties while banding. The love the look and the length🥰

I never found some one with my hair shape , my shrinkage issues , AND my re shrinkage issues unfortunately I hoping this video would show me something with less work than what I already do. Would it work without heat? I’m worried about heat damage. She used high heat I think. Did you use low heat or no heat at all?
