A lot of people bashing and calling this lady stupid, but I’m pretty sure they’ll do the same thing in her shoes. It’s easier to talk down and call someone stupid without knowing how it really feels to be in that situation.

Divorce is always complicated and traumatic for those involved. I wish there were classes offered when we get divorced to teach us some survival skills and self love. As little Hmong girls, we are breaded at an early age to become submissive and dependent on men. Our worth and value in the Hmong community depends on our husband. I see many comments on here and they are dismissive of this person’s experience and pain. Let’s be understanding and be supportive of her. Don’t judge unless you have walked in her shoes.
Then please go make that class for those born in the era of 1975, because trust me these new generation have the will power to be more independent than you guys will ever be, we learn to love and care for ourselves, no man, won’t die.
