God damnit! This game deserves a remaster/remake/port.... I just wanna be able to play this again! I used to play this with my childhood friends for HOURS AND HOURS AND HOURS!!!!! I miss those days... 😢
Funny you should say that. The next major game that Artoon made was Blue Dragon for the Xbox 360, which did receive an anime adaptation! I have no idea why they passed up on Blinx.
If they remake the two games and make a third game, it should give you an option to listen to the dialogue in either English or the language from the first game. Imagine listening to the first game’s cutscenes in English and this game’s cutscenes in the different language.

I can't believe I didn't realize this until now. You know how when you use a REC time control, you create an invincible copy of yourself for ten seconds? Well... these invincible Tom-Toms attacking the Time Factory are glowing green. Sound familiar?
These games were amazing to play and I hope someday a developer will pick up the reigns for this series. also to answer the question in the desc. I think the reason the tom tom gang members are green in this intro is because they are recorded soldiers? I'm not sure but I think that's the case
Im sorry to tell you this, but blinx is without rigths since 2015, xbox didnt renovate the franchise rigths and blinx is in a creative limbo Maybe one day one designer migth put his eyes on this treasure of nostalgic game and save blinx once and for all
Remember playing this game an thinking you would be blinx with his bad ass new scar but then you get an extensive character customization. An you don't meet him until the final world I forget. Also I hated the Tom Tom missions they were so pointless

There was a lot more exciting games to choose from back in the early 00's. Now it's all the same.
